Skřivánek, Miroslav
The following dissertation deals with the description of changes in the milk yield of organically reared dairy cows during the year. Observations and experiments for this work were performed on the Organic Agricultural Farm in Branná, the Jeseníky mountains, the Czech Republic. The dairy herd of the farm consists of an average of 127 dairy cows of the Czech spotted cattle breed. It was a herd with a closed herd turnover with an average of 18% of the turnover of pieces per year. Individual samples of milk for the purpose of determining its components were taken in the monitored period, from March 2017 to February 2020 during the performance check once a month directly in the farm milking parlor by a breeding technician, in the presence of the milking parlor staff. Pool samples of milk were taken during the collection of milk to the purchase organization by drip. During the suction of milk into the tank there was a continuous collection of supplier and tank sample In individual and pooled milk samples, the following parameters were monitored and recorded during the control period: milk production, milk yield (kg), the amount of fats (%), the amount of proteins (%), the amount of lactose (%), the amount of somatic cells (thousand/ml), the amount of urea (mg / 100ml) and the amount of free fatty acids (mmol / 100g of fat). The samples were analysed, and three sub-experiments were performed from the obtained data: Experiment I: evaluation of the influence of individual months of the year on the number and composition of individual milk samples. Experiment II evaluated the effect of lactation order on the number and composition of individual milk samples. Experiment III compared selected parameters of individual and pooled milk samples.

Photovoltaic in the Czech Republic has gone through significant development during last few years. The thesis describes physical principle of converting solar energy into electrical energy using photovoltaic cells. Photovoltaic power plant is a set of technologic components connected together to utilize solar energy and convert it into electric energy that could be distributed to electric power network. Review of the photovoltaic development in the Czech Republic and the list of the biggest operational photovoltaic power plants present important data for assessment of the current status of photovoltaic technology in the Czech Republic. Chapter operations and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants summarizes the most common causes of failures and presents diagnostic tools for service requests. Due to legislative changes, hybrid photovoltaic power plants construction has been prioritized as it is economically more efficient now. Construction of new hybrid photovoltaic power plant was assessed analytically using SWOT analysis that evaluates strong and weak sides of the projects in comparison with opportunities and threats of construction. After evaluation of obtained data the next steps of the hybrid photovoltaic power plant’s construction plan are proposed. The first part of hybrid photovoltaic power plant design contains PVGIS program's data evaluation, which provides sunlight intensity information for specified area. Obtained data were used in the second part of the design to determine proper components selection for family house hybrid photovoltaic power plant. Finally the economic view of the design and return of investments were assessed.
