Kopolymery na bázi HPMA s pH-řízeným uvolňováním doxorubicinu v protinádorové terapii umožňují imunitnímu systému rozpoznat nádor
Mrkvan, Tomáš ; Šírová, Milada ; Etrych, Tomáš ; Chytil, Petr ; Strohalm, Jiří ; Plocová, Daniela ; Ulbrich, Karel ; Říhová, Blanka
Therapy with HPMA-based conjugates triggers effective anti-tumour immunity early during the course of the treatment. Activated immune system, in addition to direct cytotoxic effect the drug, is responsible for the eradication of established tumour

Protinádorová účinnost konjugátu na bázi N-(2-hydroxypropyl)metakrylamidu, obsahujícího doxorubicin a normální lidský imunoglobulin

Polymeric conjugate based on HPMA containing cytotoxic drug (doxorubicin) and human “non-specific” immunoglobulin has a significant anti-tumour effect and does not impair immune functions of the host. C57BL/6 mice with EL-4 lymphoma, when completely cured with the conjugate, were protected against the same tumour due to a specific anti-tumour immune reaction

Multivalentní glykomika v imunoterapii experimentálních nádorů
Vannucci, Luca ; Pospíšil, Miloslav ; Krist, Pavel ; Křen, Vladimír ; Huliková, Katarína ; Luptovcová, Martina ; Svoboda, Jan ; Kuldová, Markéta ; Bezouška, Karel ; Rossmann, Pavel ; Difato, Francesco ; Mosca, F. ; Fišerová, Anna
Lectin-like receptors can modulate the cytotoxic, regulatory and dendritic cell responses by their interactions. GN8 multivalent glycoconjugates are able to internalize inside and activate NKR-P1 positive cells inducing production of IFN-gamma and expression of CD69. The final effect is a modulation of anticancer immunity with reduction of cancer growth
