Analysis of the highest and best use of a building in Průmyslová street in Hradec Králové
Zatloukal, Lukáš ; Chládek, Libor (referee) ; Klika, Pavel (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the valuation method called Analysis of the Highest and Best Use (HABU). In the theoretical part are described and explained four basic hypotheses of which analysis consists of. These are legal permissibility, physical possibility, financial substantiation and maximum productivity. The practical part deals with specific variants, on which calculations are demonstrated as well as confirmation or refutation of hypotheses.
The assessment of the existing beam bridge in town Valtice
Zatloukal, Lukáš ; Nečas, Radim (referee) ; Klusáček, Ladislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with assessment of beam bridge´s construction. The content of work is to create bar, frame model of construction in computational program. Calculate load on individual bars of model and set it on critical places of construction in order to maximum bending moments. By the analysis of internal forces from outputs of computational program and bending load capacities of cross section, determine maximum possible random of load which is construction able to transmit in the present state.
Development of Competitiveness of Company Italská dlažba
Zatloukal, Lukáš ; Mráček, Pavel (referee) ; Zich, Robert (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with proposals and measures aimed at enhancement of the competitiveness of the company Italská dlažba, which is engaged in import and subsequent sale of Italian pavement and tiles. The final proposals are underpinned by the results of the processed analyses, which are based on theoretical knowledge.
Mass Reduction of 4-cylinder In-line CI-engine Con-rod
Zatloukal, Lukáš ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Novotný, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis applies to the light-weight itself of a connecting rod of a mass-produced tractor-engine. As a one of the most important and first part of this task is creating a 3D simulation model of a connecting rod. The strenght calculation is following skip factor of the light-weight, the exact calculated dimension of relieve is providing by means of an engine imbalance including the connecting rod. The outcome data of research are instrumental to the new relieve and strengthen 3D design. The conclusion and ending point of the diploma thesis evaluate results.
