Collaboration with the family in the program Start together in a pandemic situation

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of cooperation between a school and a family during a pandemic. The theoretical part characterizes the "Začít spolu" program, which is based on the cooperation with the family. It presents the Standards of the program, in which it focuses on the area of Family and community. It deals with distance learning and compares the possible forms of communication and cooperation in the full-time form of teaching and also during distance teaching. The practical part of the thesis deals with qualitative and quantitative research, carried out through in-depth interviews and survey, which aims to find out how and in what way the pandemic affected the cooperation of a school and a family and what do the teachers and parents take from it in their future cooperation. Employee motivation focusing on the importance of employee benefits

The Bachelor thesis "Employee motivation focusing on the importance of employee benefits" is primarily devoted to the issue of employee motivation as an important area within human resources management. The first part focuses on the theoretical point of motivation. It deals with short definitions of terms and best known theories of motivation to work. The second one deals rather with motivation in practical contexts, summarize the development of approaches to work motivation and tries to look at the situation in the Czech Republic. This work tries to introduce the system of providing employee benefits, again both in theory as well as practical approaches. In this section, attention is paid to the possibilities that can provide benefits and their impact on employee motivation, and partly to the form in which are benefits used in the country. The work also contains findings that were obtained from expert interviews and are loosely incorporated into the text.

Vyhodnocení perspektivních genových zdrojů zeleniny z Asie

Diploma thesis deals with the vegetable species and varieties of Chinese seed companies. Development of individual vegetable items, nutritional composition, morphology and growth parameters were observed for seven vegetables species during year 2013. Observed vegetable species were: Pigweed (Amaranthus sp L.), Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa L. subsp. pekinensis (Lour.) Hanelt), Asparagus lettuce (Lactuca sativa L. var. angustana L. H. Bailey), Indian lettuce (Lactuca indica L.), Basil (Ocimum basilicum L.), Common purslane (Portulaca oleracea L.) and Jewels of Opar (Talinum paniculatum (Jacq.) Gaertn.). Pigweed was evaluated in three varieties, Chinese cabbage and Asparagus lettuce in two varieties. Other species were represented by only one variety. Perspective vegetable species were recommended for the Czech Republic based on the results of successful experiment. Interesting and perspective species were Pigweed, especially the variety 'Beijing amaranth No. 4' ,,green", Asparagus lettuce, item (46), Indian lettuce, Common purslane and Jewels of Opar, not only because of easy cultivation, but also because of the number of constituents. Chinese cabbage and Basil were also cultivated very easily, but bigger attention should be focused on new or lesser-known species in Czech Republic.
