Bakalářská práce "Motivace zaměstnanců se zaměřením na význam zaměstnaneckých benefitů" se primárně věnuje problematice motivace zaměstnanců jakožto důležité oblasti v rámci řízení lidských zdrojů. První část se zaměřuje na teoretické ukotvení motivace. Zabývá se krátce vymezením pojmů či nejznámějšími teoriemi motivace práce. Druhá se pak zabývá spíše pracovní motivací v praktických souvislostech, shrnuje vývoj přístupů k pracovní motivaci a snaží se podívat se na situaci v České republice. Současně se práce snaží přiblížit systém poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů a to opět jak v teoretické rovině, tak i po praktické stránce. V této části je pozornost věnována jednak možnostem, jakými lze benefity poskytovat a jejich vliv na motivaci zaměstnanců, jednak i podobě, v jaké se zaměstnanecké výhody využívají v Česku. Součástí práce jsou i poznatky, které byly získány z expertních rozhovorů a které jsou volně zapracovány do textu. The Bachelor thesis "Employee motivation focusing on the importance of employee benefits" is primarily devoted to the issue of employee motivation as an important area within human resources management. The first part focuses on the theoretical point of motivation. It deals with short definitions of terms and best known theories of motivation to work. The second one deals rather with motivation in practical contexts, summarize the development of approaches to work motivation and tries to look at the situation in the Czech Republic. This work tries to introduce the system of providing employee benefits, again both in theory as well as practical approaches. In this section, attention is paid to the possibilities that can provide benefits and their impact on employee motivation, and partly to the form in which are benefits used in the country. The work also contains findings that were obtained from expert interviews and are loosely incorporated into the text.
