Possibilities of physiotherapy for functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system in children

This bachleor thesis deals with the possibilites of physiotherapy for functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system in children, specifically in children of younger school age. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to ontogenetic development and description of individual periods of life from birth to younger school age. It is followed by a chapter where terms related to posture, such as postural stabilization, reactivity, centration and deep spine stabilization system are explained. Furthermore, the issue of musculoskeletal disorders, namely structural, psychogenic and functional, which is given the most space, is addressed, and the term of reflective change is also mentioned. Finally, specific possibilities of physiotherapy are described, which are possible to influence individual functional disorders. The aim of this bachleor thesis is to describe functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system in children, to map the negative factors that functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system in children cause and to describe the possibilities of physiotherapy of these disorders in children. The practical part is processed in the form of qualitative research, involving four girls of younger school age. The research was realized in the supervisor´s office and at probands home over a period of 3 months. The research part contains a research methodology, the characteristics of the research set, the individual examination methods that were used to obtain the data and the detailed case studies of the individual probands. The result of the thesis is then a comparsion of the input and output kinesiological analysis.

Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis was to test 10 substances of the quaternary ammonium salt type, divided into two groups using the microdilution broth method on selected bacterial strains and compare it with the standards used in practice. Furthermore, the selected compounds were evaluated for the ability to inhibit the growth of planktonic and biofilm form of the Staphylococcus aureus strain. Testing perfect powers

A positive integer n is a perfect power if there exist integers x and k, both at least 2, such that n = x^k. Perfect power testing is important as preprocessing for number factorization and prime number testing, because many algorithms for that are not able to distinguish between prime number and power of prime number, so it is necessary to test it by perfect power tests. This thesis includes comparison of two algorithms for perfect power testing, one by Daniel J. Bernstein and the other by E. Bach & J. Sorenson. The goal is to implement described algorithms in C language with GMP library for multiple-precision arithmetics, to compare the theoretical results and running times of implemented algorithms.

New Czech information policy

Tématem práce je charakteristika vývoje české informační politiky od 90. let po současnost (počátek roku 2006). Cílem práce je podat stručný historický přehled o vývoji české informační politiky od r. 1990 do r. 2002 a především provést podrobnou analýzu současné informační politiky. Práce analyzuje činnost Ministerstva informatiky ČR, základní vládní dokumenty a legislativní úpravy v této oblasti. Hlavní pozornost je zaměřena na hodnocení jednotlivých prioritních oblastí: dostupných a bezpečných komunikačních služeb, informační vzdělanosti, moderních veřejných služeb on-line a dynamického prostředí pro elektronické podnikání. Práce také zachycuje vazbu na Evropskou unii (iniciativa i201 O, programy podpory a čerpání ze strukturálních fondů) a srovnává ČR v oblasti informační politiky s vybranými postkomunistickými státy (Estonsko, Slovensko a Polsko). V závěru práce je celkově hodnocena úspěšnost české informační politiky a nastíněn její další možný vývoj.

Insurance for international transport

This bachelor's work is focused on a risk insurance in an international transport. The first part is based on theoretic foundation of all insurances,that are needed in particular field of business. There are available an insurances required as well as voluntary ones. In a theoretic part is the bigger part focused on definition attribute of liability insurance for damage caused by vehicles and voluntary accident insurance,which arrangment is for an international transport bussiness necessary. Further in this work are defined basic attributes of fleet insurance,legal protection insurance, travel insurance, insurance against cash stealing,liability insurance for damage caused by the shipper,liability insurance for damage caused by industrial injury or caused by industrial disease and also professional indemnity insurance. In a practical part is then analysed professional indemnity insurance of a three proffessional drivers in SUNNY TRANS company, legal protection insurance D.A.S. and all-year-round travel insurance, concluded by the company for all their drivers.
