Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi fyzioterapie funkčních poruch hybného systému u dětí, konkrétně u dětí mladšího školního věku. Teoretická část je věnována ontogenetickému vývoji a popisu jednotlivých etap života od narození po mladší školní věk. Navazuje kapitola, kde jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako postura, posturální stabilita, stabilizace a reaktibilita, centrace a hluboký stabilizační systém páteře. Dále je zpracována problematika poruch pohybového systému, konkrétně strukturálních, funkcionálních a funkčních, kterým je věnován největší prostor a je zde zmíněn i pojem reflexní změny V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou popsány konkrétní možnosti fyzioterapie, kterými je možné jednotlivé funkční poruchy ovlivnit. Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat funkční poruchy hybného systému u dětí, zmapovat negativní faktory, které funkční poruchy hybného systému v dětském věku způsobují a popsat možnosti fyzioterapie těchto poruch u dětí. Praktická část je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, přičemž se do něj zapojily čtyři dívky mladšího školního věku. Výzkum probíhal po dobu 3 měsíců v ambulanci vedoucí práce a v domácím prostředí probandek. Výzkumná část obsahuje popis metod sběru dat, charakteristiku výzkumného souboru, jednotlivé vyšetřovací metody, jež byly využity pro získání dat, a podrobně zpracované kazuistiky jednotlivých probandek. Výsledkem práce je pak porovnání vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru. This bachleor thesis deals with the possibilites of physiotherapy for functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system in children, specifically in children of younger school age. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to ontogenetic development and description of individual periods of life from birth to younger school age. It is followed by a chapter where terms related to posture, such as postural stabilization, reactivity, centration and deep spine stabilization system are explained. Furthermore, the issue of musculoskeletal disorders, namely structural, psychogenic and functional, which is given the most space, is addressed, and the term of reflective change is also mentioned. Finally, specific possibilities of physiotherapy are described, which are possible to influence individual functional disorders. The aim of this bachleor thesis is to describe functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system in children, to map the negative factors that functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system in children cause and to describe the possibilities of physiotherapy of these disorders in children. The practical part is processed in the form of qualitative research, involving four girls of younger school age. The research was realized in the supervisor´s office and at probands home over a period of 3 months. The research part contains a research methodology, the characteristics of the research set, the individual examination methods that were used to obtain the data and the detailed case studies of the individual probands. The result of the thesis is then a comparsion of the input and output kinesiological analysis.
