Ekonomické aspekty nahrazení palmového oleje v potravinách vyráběných v České republice

Publicizing of the negative effects of palm oil on the environment has caused a gradual reduction of palm oil in the food industry. The aim of this study is to investigate the economic impact of this exclusion on selected Czech companies. In addition to a detailed description of the environmental issues, this work includes an overview of main producers of palm oil, and information about its certification and available certification systems. The role of palm oil in the food industry and its potential substitutes are also examined. The greatest benefit of this work is a qualitative research on the impact of production changes on costs and revenues. The economic situation of companies before and after palm oil removal is monitored with the use of financial statements and financial analysis of price/earnings ratio. The economic impacts of the removal of palm oil from food to consumers are demonstrated in the prices of selected products.

Ryglová, M. Consumer behaviour of selected segment in the fitness centre market in Brno. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The diploma thesis focuses on the fitness centre market in Brno. The aim of the thesis was to characterize the behaviour of the selected segment (women of generation Y) on this market, to propose and economically evaluate marketing recommendations for commercial entities operating on this market. To meet this goal, were used the questionnaire survey (n = 310) and focus groups (n = 18). The results of the researches served as a basis for the creation of general recommendations for fitness centres as well as for case studies. The result of diploma thesis is the identification of factors, needs and preferences that influence the purchasing decision process of Y generation women.
Computer service ‒ an aplication of traveling salesman problem

The travelling salesman problem is one of the most popular kind of route trip transportation problem. This thesis deals with the solution of traveling salesman problem to minimize distance in kilometres and focus on customer requirements, I am using data from firm CTR s.r.o. In addition to the basic model are also used mathematical model with modification tasks, so it is a model with hard time windows and a model with soft time windows. A practical solution is used in an optimization modeling language in Lingo software. The optimum solution was found for the model the traveling salesman and its modifications. The longest route 40.2 kilometers provides modification with a soft time windows, but gives the most emphasis on customer requirements. The shortest route 24 km is found with using a model the traveling salesman problem, but not considered any customer requirements.
Development of foreign exchanges reserves from 1992 - 2002

This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of foreign exchange reserves before and after the dissolution of Czechoslovakia and on the changes resulting from the establishment of the Czech National Bank. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to make an overview of the development of foreign exchange reserves in the Czech Republic after the dissolution of the State Bank of Czechoslovakia, to point out problems connected with the dissolution and to describe the consequent currency changeover. The introduction chapter of this thesis provides a definition of the basic terms in the field of foreign exchange reserves and their development before the dissolution of Czechoslovakia. The bachelor thesis shows the effects of world events on foreign exchange reserves as well as on the operations of the Czech National Bank with foreign exchanbe reserves. I will also describe the impact of world crises on the changes of the instruments used by the Czech National Bank between 1992 and 2002, a period that saw the major changes in Czech banking.
