The main objective of the thesis is to analyze valuation methods of production plant. Master thesis in addition to the introduction and conclusion divided into several sub-chapters. The theoretical part of the work with the various approaches that are applied in the valuation of buildings. In the main, the practical part is performed by the individual valuation methods to determine the prices of the complex.
The Outline of History of Human Rights to the Universal Declaration

The thesis is focused on the history of human rights, and their evolution since the time of ancient Greece and Rome to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948. The aim of the work is to make reader acknowledged with major events which influenced the development of human rights. Described are the thoughts of philosophers and significant events that changed the course of development of human rights. There is depicted a situation in ancient Rome and Greece, the period of development of the Christian faith and the Middle Ages and significant modern milestones including French revolution and the emergence of Declaration of Human rights, the reign of Maria Theresa and her son Joseph II. who made o lots of reforms, or revolution of 1848 and finally the emergence of Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948.
An alternative form of organic food sales in Břeclav

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate, if the sale of organic food in the alternative form of farmer's crate is applicable in Břeclav's market. Theoretical part focuses on term organic food, fair trade, organic farming and its historical development. Thesis also deals with current trend of farmer's crate sales, which is directly connected to organic food. Practical part of thesis focuses mainly on the applicability of this way of selling organic food and on the interest of possible suppliers to do this kind of sale, eventually to do community-supported agriculture. The results of sociological research within the selected group of Břeclav's residents confirmed that more than half of the respondents would be interested in this kind of sale and at the same time there was a sufficient interest from farmers.

First crusade and the establishment of christian states in the east

The thesis is focused on the proclamation and the course of the First Crusade, which took place in 1096 - 1099.The aim of the work is to make reader acknowledged with progress and events which occurred during the journey Crusaders. Described are the origins and proclamation of the Crusade, political events, council of Clermont, how was the medieval man and journey of the common people and knight's current. Subsequent occupation of territories connected with emergence of Crusader States. There is also mentioned the view of modern man and how it persists to this days the influence of these expeditions.
Philosophy of sport

The thesis focuses on the philosophy of sport and historical analysis concerning the idea of the Olympic Games. Furthermore, the thesis aims to make the reader acknowledged with the historical beginnings of sport and evaluates various attitudes and changes concerning the initial sport philosophy and the perception of "Olympism" nowadays. More specifically we are trying to find the answer for the question how is sport in Antique different from its modern perception. In addition, the matter whether the change enables to imply the differences between the role of sport in the period of Antiquity and contemporary society, is being further discussed. The thesis is based on historical events and philosophical ideas of the origin of Antique Olympic tradition together with facts which led to the downfall and attenuation of sport in the medieval era. Moreover, it describes the birth of modern sport in its cradle in England and its revival in 19th and 20th century.
