This thesis deals with streamlining business processes using project management tools at VOLET, Ltd. The company sells components and services in the field of garden ponds and irrigation systems. The first part describes the theoretical background, these are concepts based on project management. The analytical part describes the company and its current situation, then the individual analyzes. On the basis of these analyzes will be presented in the last part of the proposals on which to base the proposed project to streamline business processes.

Control of real cart pole balancer by PLC

This thesis deals with design of inversion pendulum, pole rod balancing on mobile vehicle.In the first part is described projection and realisation of mechanical part of the task, the problems encountered during the projection and eventuallly its final solution. Follows verification of the mechanical and electrical part and testing of possibilities of operating by programated machine.
