Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem konkurenceschopnosti pomocí komunikačního mixu ve společnosti VOLET, s.r.o. Firma se zabývá prodejem výrobků a služeb v oboru zahradní jezírka a zavlažovacích systému. V první části práce je popsána teoretická část problematiky spojené s konkurenceschopností, marketingem, potažmo komunikačním mixem a obchodem. V analytické části se práce zabývá popisem firmy a její současnou situací, dále jednotlivými analýzy. Na jejichž základě bude v návrhové části vybrána nejvhodnější řešení. Pomocí těchto nástrojů by se měla zlepšit konkurenceschopnost společnosti. This thesis deals with the development competitiveness through the communication mix in the company VOLET, s.r.o. The company sells products and services in the field of garden ponds and irrigation system. The first part describes the theoretical part of the problems associated with competitiveness, marketing, hence the communication mix and store. In the analytical part of the thesis deals with the description of the company and its current situation, as well as individual analysis. On the basis of the design will be chosen the best solution. With these tools should improve the company's competitiveness.
