Možnosti intenzivního chovu hlavatky podunajské (\kur{Hucho hucho}) v RAS
MAREŠ, Michal
This bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities of breeding Danube salmon in the RAS, and also deals with the combination of breeding Danube salmon with rainbow trout. The fish were divided into three groups, with each group reared in three tanks. The first group was a monoculture of Danube salmon, where 160 Danube salmon with an average weight of 432.37 ? 116.01 g were put into each tank. The second group was a monoculture of rainbow trout, where 160 rainbow trout with an average weight of 253 were put into each tank. 27 ? 61.77 g. The third group was a biculture of Danube salmon with rainbow trout, where 80 trout with an average weight of 250.74 ? 61.91 g and 80 Danube salmon with an average weight of 435.04 were placed in each tank ? 119.29 g. The experiment lasted 84 days at an average temperature of 17.43 ? 0.51°C (7:00) and 17.16 ? 0.56 °C (15:00), control refishing and re-weighing was done every 28 days. At the beginning and at the end of the experiment, several pieces of fish from each group were dissected to calculate organosomatic indices, and biometric measurements were made, where the total body length of the fish (TL), the standard body length of the fish (SL) and the weight of the fish (BW) were determined. After the end of the experiment, the production markers (TL, SL, BW, FC, CVBW, SGR, FCR, WG, FE and SR) and organosomatic indices (SSI, HSI, IPF and GSI) were evaluated. In all production markers rainbow trout achieved significantly better values than Danube salmon in both farming methods. Rainbow trout dominated the biculture, using the presented feed more efficiently at the expense of the Danube salmon, as it was more aggressive and active during feeding. According to the results of the organosomatic indices, once again rainbow trout prospered best in both methods of farming. There was a marked difference in the index of intraperitoneal fat (IPF) between Danube salmon and rainbow trout in biculture. The Danube salmon in biculture achieved a better result than the rainbow trout only for the gonadosomatic index. There was a difference in the spleenosomatic index (SSI) for both species. The SSI value was highest in the Danube salmon in the monoculture, which indicates that the Danube salmon in the biculture was more limited in its food source.
The design of a mobile crawler undercarriage for transport mechine
Mareš, Michal ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
First part of this bachelor's thesis deals with the review of delta undercarriage for mobile crawlers with four delta crawler undercarriage. The text discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this approach. The second part of this work is aimed on the construction of such delta carriage with a maximum load of 5000 kg. The carriage is designed as modular to be able to be easily replaced. This basic concept was followed by precise mechanical design and the construction was supported by the basic mechanical computations of important parts. Detailed three-dimensional model of the undercarriage was performed in the Autodesk Inventor 2015 software.
Diversifikation of export infrastructure with in European direction as a basis for strengthening energy security of the Russian Federation
Mareš, Michal ; Litera, Bohuslav (advisor) ; Svoboda, Karel (referee)
Diploma thesis "Diversification of export infrastructure in European direction as a basis for strengthening energy security of the Russian Federation " are focused on Russian approach to the realization of energy infrastructure projects at first in European export direction. These thesis analyze current state of play of key Russian infrastructure projects in oil as well as gas sector and tray to point out all consequences connected with completion of this new infrastructure, which may affect current supply scheme for Europe, particularly for its central and eastern part. The Diploma thesis are based on large scale of literature and sources as well as on autor's personal experiences with functioning of energy sector of Russia an other CIS countries.

The analysis of the cyclically adjusted budget balance
Mareš, Michal ; Bisová, Sára (advisor) ; Kadeřábková, Božena (referee)
The thesis analyzes the cyclically adjusted budget balance on the data of the Czech Republic between 2004 and 2014. There is a big demand to consolidate public finances and the aim of this study is to assess whether this appropriate indicator is convenient to achieve the fiscal responsibility of individual countries. At first, the CAB is estimated by using the method of the European Commission, it is called a production approach on the basis of Article Denis, Morrow, Roger (2002). The work is also based on the article written by Bezděk, Dyczak , Krejdl (2003), which compares the OECD method with the ESCB method. Afterwards the calculation is performed by a modified procedure, using the Hodrick-Prescott filter instead of the production function to estimate potential output. The analysis shows the complexity of the estimation of the parameter which is given by great demands on the input data and arbitrariness. The CAB is discussed not only methodologically but also in its practical use in the context of the economic situation in Europe.
