Support of the language development through the stimulation of auditory perception at early childhood

The main topic of the bachelor thesis supports the development through the stimulation of auditory perception in early childhood. The thesis consists of three chapters, two of them are theoretical and the last one is practical. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis defines basic terms such as speech, language, and communication. Further, it describes the ontogenesis of speech, language and communication in early childhood. The ontogenesis of speech, language and communication is described by two different authors. The next chapter of the theoretical part introduces auditory perception. This chapter also includes a description of the anatomy and physiology of the ear, auditory perception development, and areas of auditory perception. The research part of the bachelor thesis is research based on qualitative methods. The research method used in the bachelor thesis is case studies. Case studies were processed with the help of other research techniques. The main aim of the research is analyzation of the development of auditory perception in early childhood in one private kindergarten in Prague. This diploma thesis is focused to a marketing strategy for the introduction of the new product of the confectionary shop "Tak to upec". The new product is baking lessons. The basis for developing an appropriate marketing strategy is the theoretical knowledge and data obtained from selected analyzes and the use of selected marketing methods. The output of the diploma thesis is the suggestion of a specific marketing strategy in the form of expanded marketing mix.
Optimization of Taxation of Selected Entity

The bachelor thesis focuses on the corporate tax and its optimization according by law for selected company. Thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part concern to theoretical knowledge of the fundamental concepts of tax, corporate tax and legal variants of tax liability cut. Company and its current situation is introduced in the second part. Use of recommended tax optimization possibilities and illustration of tax savings within optimization is in the third part.
Personnel management in a selected service sector

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of personnel management in a company that deals with accounting management. The research contains two questionnaires, which were focused on motivation, remuneration and also the overall satisfaction of employees with the company's brand. The questionnaires were supplemented by a guided interview with the company's management, which gives the diploma thesis perspective from the other side. After the research were proposed changes for improvement and the calculated costs of the changes.
Developement and comparison of pupil athletic performance in sporting and non-sporting classes at secondary school

Submitted master thesis brings in comparison of the motive effectiveness measurements undergone in sixth to ninth grades grammar school pupils in classes with extended physical education programs and classes with normal physical education program. We performed some tests on boys as well as girls in running on 50 m distance, running, long jump, throwing of medicine-ball (2 kg) an. In majority of tests was confirmed hypothesizes about higher motive effectiveness of pupils from sport classes compared to classical classes.

Analysis of the internal environment of a selected company

The main goal of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the current situation with help of selected internal analyses. Based on the findings, possible changes to maintain or improve its market position were suggested.A SWOT analysis was compiled. Based on the results of the analysis, it was recommended to use its strengths to eliminate threats. Two strategies that should lead to profitability in the following periods were suggested.

The Influence of Internet Development of the Labour Market in the Czech Republic after 1989

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of the labor market in the Czech Republic during the last 25 years from the perspective of the computer revolution, the development of the Internet and social networks. The author examines the impact of the expansion of the Internet and social media on the labor market in the Czech Republic, on the recruitment and job searching methods and on increase of the labor market flexibility. It deals with transformation of methods and forms of recruitment for the last 25 years. In the practical part, the author conducts and evaluates a survey, whose objective was to determine whether and how the impact of the Internet transformed the labor market in the period. In the end, the author formulates a personal view on the prospects for further development of recruitment methods in the labor market in the Czech Republic.
