Specifics of freetime activities of seniors in special regime homes

The bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of leisure activities in homes with special regime in selected facilities. The first part deals with the meaning of ageing and old age, types of dementia and care for the elderly. Attention is paid to the chapter on activation, which I worked with in the last chapter. The second part contains a comparison of two facilities I worked in during my study. On the basis of the literature studied, I discussed the specifics of activation activities important for the elderly in residential facilities.
The global digital divide and the changing information flows

The thesis deals with the global information flows and its aim is to find factors which influence them. Firstly, the visibility of the country in international news is explored, i.e. which countries are dominantly represented in the international news. Secondly, the exposure of the country towards international news is observed, i.e how countries vary in the openness towards the international news. The thesis also seek to reveal factors which have an impact on the visibility of the country and on the exposure. The thesis consists of a recherche part with the theory of globalization and a quantitative analysis based on the dataset from 2014-2017. The thesis concludes that countries are represented unevenly with few dominant countries (the most dominant country is China, followed by USA and Ukraine) in the international news and that the most exposed countries have been found small developing countries (Saint Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, etc.) from South America. Regarding the factors of visibility of the country, the highest impact has the size of population,and also GNI and the presence of violent correlated. On the contrary, all factors impacting the exposure of the country were found statistically insignificant.
The not used institute of clausule or reserves of conscience in journalism in czech journalistic self - regulation

In this bachelor thesis, I will concentrate on the topic of the clause or reserves of conscience of journalists as unused institute in czech journalistic self-regulation. Besides this topic the bachelor thesis will point out on if czech journalists use all their rights, especially the clause or the reserves of conscience or of the ethical codes are not used in the journalistic self- regulation. Journalists can be exerted to the pressure from the directory of media, or for example from the politicians. Journalists are supposed to work according to their best conscience because of their influence on the public life of the society. According to these reasons it is important to realize that journalists need a legal protection. This kind of protection is established in ethical codes in the self-regulation of media. Besides the elementary rights and obligations the clause or reserves of conscience can be established in the ethical codes, which guarantee journalists that they can refuse a work which is in the contradiction with their conscience or their moral values. In Czech republic, reserves of conscience is established in the ethical code of Czech television and in the ethical code of Czech radio. Development of the new Czech extreme right Bloc against Islam and its influence by the Party for Freedom

In this bachelor thesis I will write about the radical right parties: Czech movement Bloc against islam and the Dutch political party Party for freedom. These two parties are often considered to stand forpopulism, and that is why I will try to analyze, if this naming is using correctly in these cases. Nowadays politics is more and more about populism and populism slowly becomes a part of political culture. The radical right parties are using elements of populism in order to get more support from voters. Because of increasing support of people for radical right parties, some radical topics of these parties are becoming a part of our lives.
Hip hop as a physical activity

The aim of the thesis is to sketch a subject of the dance style of hip hop as the motion activity, and the inclusion of hip hop as a way of the lifestyle. The thesis defines the subject, the history if its creation and defines the main characters of particular style of hip hop dancing. Furthermore, the thesis also deals with the matter of use of the hip hop in the commercial courses and competitions, which are held by different organizations. The outcome of the practical part of the research are the reasons of choice of hip hop by particular fitness center clients.
