This diploma thesis deals with the designed landscape, its development in the respective time periods, the possible renovation and protection of designed landscapes. Also the topic of avenues has been discussed marginally. The area that has been chosen for the landscape study is the cultural and agricultural landscape of the former manor Uherčice in the westernmost part of the Znojmo region. There were researches undertaken in this area and basic analyses of the primary, secondary and tertiary landscape composition were processed. Based on the results of the analyses the values and problems of the landscape could be determined. Further the principles for the renovation of the treated area were defined, including the solution proposal.

Reflections on the gospels from the perspective of selected texts of feminist theology

The master thesis Reflection of gospels from the view of choosen feminist theological texts is situated do the context of christian feminist theology, specifically in the framework of feminist theology of liberation. It's focused especially on the texts of feministic protestant theologists Jana Opočenská and Dorothee Solle, mainly on texts which are related to the choosen parts of the gospels. The theoretical part is aimed especially on the theoretical and methodological basics which includes besides others the major concepts of feminist theories of gender stereotypes and the sex-gender system. The attention is also paid to the concepts of feminist theology with main focus to the thesis of relatedness and mutuality exercised in the field of exegesis of Biblical texts, anthropology nad christology. In this part of thesis is also mentioned the biographical context of the canonical gospels origin including its follow-up interpretation by the prism of texts written by feminist-theological authors mentioned above. The analytical part of the thesis is aimed on two concrete moments of gospels and their interpretation through the texts of Jana Opočenská and Dorothee Solle, considering the theoretical and methodological basis. Cross-Border Police Cooperation on the Czech-Bavarian Border in 1989-2012

Anglický abstrakt diplomové práce - Kateřina Majerová Policejní spolupráce na česko-bavorské hranici v letech 1989-2012 This diploma thesis deals with police cooperation on the Czech-Bavarian border. The police forces of a particular state are supposed to promote and enforce abiding by the law in a territory surrounded by the state borders. Borders are more and more penetrable even for criminal issues; therefore, the cooperation with colleagues on the other side of the borderline is essential for fulfilment of the above-mentioned task. In terms of time the topic of this thesis is delimited by the period between 1989 and 2012. The aim of the thesis is to verify the fulfilment of Karl Deutsch's concept of transactionalism on the example of this particular cooperation. For this purpose the author examines three areas on which she demonstrates the fulfilment of this concept - compatibility of states in the view of police cooperation, existence of a common interest and forms of interaction and their development. The diploma thesis consists of four chapters. Firstly, the author studies the concept of border as a place of clash and contact which analytically helps to fulfil Deutsch's concept. The bachelor thesis "Passing The Iron Curtain via Prague - the first wave of refugees from the GDR in autumn 1989 in the West German embassy and the portrayal in the Czechoslovakian press" deals with the topic of refugees in the West German embassy in Prague in the year 1989. It focuses on the first of three refugee of refugees in the late summer and autumn 1989 which took place from August to September 1989. Concerning the first wave of refugees in August and September two aspects are being analysed in this bachelor thesis which influence the structure of this scientific paper. The first part deals with the role of representatives of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic during the first refugee wave and how they reacted to the events in the embassy. This part draws especially on documents from Czechoslovakian archives because the Czechoslovakian role in these events has been kept secret from the Federal Republic of Germany. The second part contains an analysis of how the selected Czechoslovakian daily papers (Rudé právo, Svobodné slovo, Lidová demokracie, Mladá fronta a Práce ) reported about the refugees in the West German embassy from August until the departure of the first special trains.
