The thesis deals with proposals for measures to strengthen the competitiveness of small business in the Olomouc region, which main purpose is the sale of haberdashery goods. The suggestions for improvement of this business focus on the development of relationships with customers and on the expansion of activities that will lead to increased business awareness and attracting new customers. On the basis of conducted analyses the thesis specifies the recourses defining the future direction of the business. These recourses include vision of the business, mission, corresponding strategic objectives and specific steps to strengthen competitiveness. The basic principle used in the drafting of proposals is the development of customer value.

The master's thesis is the suggestion of marketing strategy for HASOFT, s.r.o. company. Thesis is separated to three parts. Theoretical, analytic and third part contains some of my proposals and designs. First part is a detailed description of theoretical resources. The second part is focused on the complex analysis of the company and results of this research. On the basis of these facts I work out a marketing strategy which contains couple proposals and design for this company.

This Bachelor s thesis deals with the development of TKZ Polna company through investments into new technologies of production facilities and business development. The proposal of this entrepreneurial project comes out of gathered information, questionnaire, analysis of contemporary state of the industry and the search for the target market. In the theoretical part is the main concepts. In the next section the actual situation of the company is analyzed. Based on the results of the previous analysis the precaution for future overall development of the whole company is proposed.
