Use of rotational thromboelastometry (ROTEM) in perioperative medicine and its comparison with standard coagulation testing (PT, aPTT)

Assessment of the hemostasis is one of the basic components of patient care during the perioperative period. Coagulation tests, including prothrombin and activated partial thromboplastin time, fibrinogen concentration, and platelet count, are standard in hemostasis testing. However, the method of their evaluation and the time availability of their results are not satisfactory, especially in the case of the life-threatening bleeding. For this reason, rotational thromboelastometry (ROTEM) as a viscoelastic method appears to be more promising. The aim of the first part of this work was to verify whether the relevant ROTEM results are more available in time than the results of standard laboratory tests in conditions of our facility. The correlation of comparable ROTEM parameters and standard coagulation tests was evaluated in the second part of the work. Then, the impact of the hemostasis assessment using ROTEM on the reduction of transfusion products used before invasive and surgical procedures was evaluated. Finally, it was also determined whether the implementation of ROTEM in the management of the perioperative bleeding influences the blood loss, consumption of transfusion products and length of hospital stay. Immediate half time and after game live interviews in football, their difficulties and specificity

The thesis deals with the live half-time and post-game interviews immediately after the end of the match. The first chapter represents sport's interaction with the media, brings closer current trends in sports journalism with a particular regards towards a commercionalisation of athletes. The second chapter focuses on half-time and post-game interviews. It introduces a specific type of interviews, offers theoretical perspectives on the organisation of interviews from preparition and condictions that are part of a pursuit of a profession in a football enviroment. In the following chapters, the work, based on questioning, brings the opinions and thoughts of the concerned sides with particular emphasis on the position of reporter, football player and press agent. The aim of the work is primarily to reveal the differences and specifics of half-time and post-match interviews in football to their general understanding. It primarily observes the working conditions, organisation and communication of interested people, as well as the environment in which the interviews take place.

The forms of author function in cyberspace

Task of this thesis is to analyse forms of autors functions in cyberspace. The term autor function commes from Michel Foucaults thesis based on historical and cultural determination of wiew on autorship. The theory is based on point of wiew that society see autor through his function in discours, in case this regularity function is in a discours present. It provides specific way of existence, circulation and effect of discours within society. The issue of cyberspace is that it established originaly new possibillities of spreading of data. This possibilities broke down a former fear felt by mass medias, which finaly decided to move to cyberpace, which was allowed by their digitalization. There are two ways how to use the cyberspace. First is mass medial way, second way is cybercultural. Those ways are contradictory. Each of those ways has its own cultural practises, on which is based form of author funcion. Biggiest difference between those forms is that the mass media takes this form as some kind of private property, on which is based their working. On the opposite is form of author funcion typical for cyberculture, which is property free. The difference of those forms of autor function is the main reason, why are these two ways of using cyberspace in constant conflict.

This Bachelor´s thesis focuses on organization that deal wih leisure time of youth under the age of 18.Mainly the youth speeding time fishing. The appropriate use of leisure time very dramatically affects children´s development and behavior. Among the important factors, affecting children are family,friends and enviroment, where the child grows up.The the thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.
The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts, such as leisure time, youth, leisure activities and much more related terms. The thesis captures the history of fishing and the legislatation of fishing right and rules.The folowing part focuses of the education of children in this area and motivation of youth.
The practical part briefly captures leisure institutions for of the youth in Beroun. The thesis deeply focuses local fishing organization in Beroun, that is engagedin the training young of young fishermen. This part desribes its focus, co-finance and co-executive activities. Furthermore, examines and analyzes documents from the activities of this organization.
The conslusion of the thesis evaluates the activities of this organization.and their effect. The conclusion also the advanteges, benefits and defeciencies, that need to be improved.
The bachelor´s thesis is complemented by annexes that include photos from events of the organization and records from meetings.
