Detached house

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation at the level of construction implementation. The aim was to design a family house with almost zero energy consumption. The family house is partially basemented and with a habitable attic. The building is roofed with a gable roof with a corrugated metal roofing. On the south-west side, a dormer roofed with a pitched roof is proposed. On the northwest side of the building is a one-car covered garage with rhombus wood siding and glass infill. The roofing is designed with a vegetated flat roof. The main load-bearing system is made of aerated concrete blocks. The perimeter basement masonry is made of lost formwork blocks. Thermal insulation of the building is solved by contact insulation system ETICS. The building is based on foundation strips.
Apartment building

The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for building an apartment house in Lutopecká street in Kroměříž. The designed building is located in the western part of the town of Kroměříž, it is a detached building with four floors above ground and a basement. The residential building has a rectangular ground plan and is divided into two parts with separate entrances, each entrance has 15 residential units, so the total number of residential units in the whole building is proposed to be 30. The proposed apartments have a layout of 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk. The basement will be used for the technical background of the building and storage space for the residents of the building. The house is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slab made of waterproof concrete. The exterior walls of the house are a combination of monolithic reinforced concrete walls and ceramic bricks. The ceiling structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The entire building is covered by a flat roof with extensive vegetation. Building is clad with an ETICS system using mineral wool. The work also included a basic assessment of the building physics and fire safety design of the building.

This thesis discusses of the intake tract four-stroke ignition internal combustion engine and the filling efficiency and opportunities to increase this efficiency and consequently to optimize the course of torque and power at the specified serial engine. 3D model is the last point of this thesis.
Detached house in Hartvíkovice

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and processing of the design documentation for the construction of a new double generation family house, which is located in the cadastral unit of the village of Hartvíkovice on plot no 3478/15. The house is divided into two dwelling units (A, B). The flat A for a four-member family (parents with children) and the flat B for a two-member family (grandparents). The object is designed as a double floor and partly basement. The house is roofed with two mono-pitched roofs that are connected in the ridge and a flat roof with a vegetation. Construction system wall, brick from brick´s blocks, basement is from permanent formwork. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for construction.
Design of cutting unit

This thesis deals with a structural design of a cutting roller including a proposal for its drive and exhaust system of the flexography machine Premia produced by Soma spol. s r.o. company. The first part discusses the technology of flexography and about the issue of cropping and extraction of material in general. Another part discusses the optimization of these systems, including the final engineering design. The main outcome of this thesis are drawings of assemblies listed in the annexes.
Home for the Elderly

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the project documentation of the home for the elderly in the village of Šoporňa, in the territory of the Slovak Republic. The building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground floors, partly underground. The building consists of a public section on the ground floor, where are situated services for residents and the general public such as hairdressing and cosmetics, doctors and dentists, cafes, massages and shop. There are also offices for administation, the dining room for the employees and the guests. First floor and second floor is designed for seniors, there is also a common room on each floor. The cellar part is designed for the interest of the guests, partly serves as a technical room. The third part of cellar serves as space for the maintenance of the building, the general storage areas and storage areas for business activity. Building is covered with warn flat roof with emergency breakwaters. The structure is based on the foundation pads and the structural system of the building is RC frame. The ceramic cavity blocks with contact insulation and ventilated facade are used on the infill walls. In the southern part of the building there will be a relaxing park and a relaxing garden.
Detached house with design office

This project designs a new building of a family house with a design‘s office. The building is single-storey with a residential loft, without a basement. Part of the ground floor is an establishment (office), the rest of the house has residential function. The house has also a garage. It is a brick building (POROTHERM system) with a gable roof; the garage has a flat roof.
Mixed-use building

The Thesis deals with a proposal for a new mixed-used building in the city of Moravske Budejovice in the cadastral area of Moravske Budejovice. The building is a three-floored house without a cellar. The roof of the house is completely flattened. On the first floor, there are commercial rooms, hairdresser´s and a bookshop. Apartments are on the second and third floor. The construction will be built of clay blocks which are 300 mm wide. The insulation of the building is formed by thermal insulation composite system. The ceiling is created by reinforced concrete slabs 250 mm wide. Parts of the documentation are water-supply, electricity, pipeline and waste water pipe. The description of pavement and driveway is included. The Thesis is written as a project to build the construction.
Energy efficient house

The thesis focuses on a desing of a new energetic and efficient detached house, which is situated in the cadastral area of the village of Žáky. A draft of the building is intended on a plot No. 252/2 with a surface of 1214 m2. It is a part of intended satellite with a total of 51 buiding plots. The building is a two-floor house without a cellar designed for four-six-members family.The house is detached and forms a unit with a garage for one car. Foundations are designed as concrete ones. The vertical load-bearing constructions in both above-ground floors are walled by ceramic blocks insulated with a contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene slabs.The horizontal constructions, more precisely ceiling construction above first above-ground floor are designed from prefabricated concrete blocks. The building is roofed by a slanting saddle-shaped roof and partially by a counter roof with a 30° slope. A roof above the garage is designed as slanting counter rook with a 20° slope.
Detached house with a workshop

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and elaboration a project documentation for a family house with an establishment (travel agency), which is located on plot no. 240 in Rosice near Brno. The family house is designed as a two storey with residential attic. The first floor is used for work and the second floor is used as a relax zone. At the northwest side of the family house is designed the establishment - travel agency. Entrance to the family house and establishment is situated at the northeast side of the object, where is also a garage. Before the entrance there are two parking place for customers. Residential part of the building is at the east and the southeast side of the object. Establishment – travel agency is oriented at the northwest side. The selected land for this building is flat, detached and located on plot no. 240 in Rosice near Brno. The entrance to the family house and establishment - travel agency is designed as a barrier free. The building will be based on concrete foundation strips made of C16/20 concrete. The perimeter walls on the first floor and the second floor are designed by Ytong load-bearing masonry. Ceiling structures are ceramic ceilings from the Porotherm system. The roof over family house is designed as a saddle roof and the roof over garage is designed as a counter roof. The building is insulated by Isover contact insulation system.
