The perioperative nursing care for the patients during the gynecologic surgery in the lithotomy position

The topic of the work is nursing perioperative care of a patient who underwent a vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal plastic surgery for prolapse of the uterus in a lithotomy position at our workplace. Prevention of pressure injuries related to immobilization during the surgery is a fundamental nursing task of perioperative nurses. Small workplaces are not always adequately equipped. Lithotomy position is associated with a number of serious complications. Although the observed complications are rare and occur in surgical procedures longer than three hours, each operation can be complicated for many reasons and the operating time can be multiplied. Then, insufficient equipment and thus failure to provide adequate prevention can lead to, for example, pressure ulcers, peripheral neuropathy, compartment syndrome and damage to the patient. The main goal of the work was to use literature to present recommended evidence-based nursing procedures that ensure patient safety in the operating room when positioning for surgery and help to prevent pressure injuries. For my thesis I chose a case study, prepared according to the model of Marjory Gordon, and introduced nursing care throughout the hospitalization with a special focus on the perioperative period. What forms the image of nursery school in the eyes of parents

The choice of a nursery school is a first life step into the world. A daily schedule, age composition of educationalists, size of the facility or reachability from home are some of many criteria influencing parent's choice of the nursery school for their child. The diploma thesis "What forms the image of nursery school in the eyes of parents" is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes and characterizes individual elements of image in connection with the preschool institution during particular time period and shows first moments before entering nursery school. The practical part describes the realization of the research focused on nursery school choice criteria, parental expectations about the nursery schools and their view of the preschool education but also educationalists' opinion about the image. The chapters in the practical part are also focused on individual nursery school characteristics, detailed data analysis as well as data summary and evaluation of three distinct questionnaires. The thesis conclusion contains overall summary of all gained data and knowledge and final suggestions for creation of nursery school image.

Sample of selected nursery schools is characterized in the thesis together with detailed data analysis and evaluation. The conclusion of thesis contains overall summary of all gained data and knowledge which can be used for suggestions of nursery school image creation.

The Use of a Bridging Loan or Mortgage of Selected Financial Institutions Regarding the Value of a Purchased Asset

The topic of this bachelor thesis is The use of a bridging loan or mortgage in selected financial institutions regarding the value of a purchased asset. There were created two specific variants for this work which were different in the price of real estate. Three financial institutions were selected for comparison of mortgage and three financial institutions for comparison of loans from building savings (loans from building savings has got two phases phase of bridging loans and phase of regular loans from building savings. In this work there were compared this criteria- interest rate, RPSN rate, monthly repayments and final price which is paid by client to financial institutions for lending money. The most convenient variant of both specific variants was from financial institutions Raiffeisen stavební spořitelna, who was offered loans from building savings. All compared criteria were better than other. The offer on the second place was mortgage from Raffeisenbank. Conversely, the most disadvantageous offer was loan from building savings from Wüstenrot stavební spořitelna.

The quality of nursing care for patients with the need for geriatric care

Abstract The quality of nursing care for patients with the need of geriatric care. Current state: The quality of the nursing care is an important factor in determining the satisfaction of patients with provided care. The aim of the quality nursing care is to improve the quality life and patients´ satisfaction. The theoretical part deals with generally defined concepts regarding to the quality of the nursing care, as well as old age and biological, psychological and social changes in old age. A part of the theoretical introduction of this thesis is the issue of screening tests conducted in the elderly and the most common geriatric syndromes. The communication with the elderly and violence against the elderly are described at the end of the theoretical part. The aim of the research was to determine patients´ satisfaction with the provided nursing care in Masaryk sanatorium Dobříš. Another aim was to evaluate the incidences of falls among patients in the period from 2012 to 2015 and to identify the most common cause of falls in the monitored group of patients. Methodology: The research part was realized using quantitative methods. For the research I used a part of the standardized questionnaire called the Quality of Health Care from the Patients' Point of View, containing 30 questions. The research was carried out in Masaryk sanatorium Dobříš during March and April in 2016. The further research was a retrospective analysis of reported falls in the period from 2012 to 2015. The data obtained from these researches were tested in SPSS program. The chi-square and sign pattern were chosen for statistical processing. Participants: In the research, 98 patients from Masaryk sanatorium Dobříš were interviewed, 3 patients were excluded for inadequate responses. The overall response rate was 100%. In the retrospective analysis of reported falls, 853 falls were analyzed. The results: The research shows that patients´ satisfaction is influenced by several factors. These include the evaluation of the provided information by a nurse, depending on patient education. It was found that people with the university education are significantly more satisfied with the provided care, than those with the secondary education. The patients were completely satisfied with the time of morning waking, with hours for visits and with the temperature in the rooms. Hospitalized patients are often affected by the environment in which they are at the time of hospitalization. Another factor is the behavior of nurses and other patients, who they meet every day. In the retrospective analysis of reported falls in years 2012 - 2015, it was found that the number of falls does not diminish, but the number of fall reports is relatively higher than we expected. This means that nearly half of reported falls are without injuries and most of the falls needs a treatment of flesh wounds caused by falls. The research shows that the most common cause of falls in the monitored group of patients is slipping in the shower. Conclusion: The research suggests that all these factors affect patients' satisfaction with the nursing care. Each patient should be considered individually and a nurse should recognize the primary needs of the patient, which she should meet as soon as possible. The nurse must contribute to the comprehensive care of the patient and try to improve the quality of the nursing care and become convinced that patients understood the provided information. The results of this research will be used as recommendations to improve the nursing care in Masaryk sanatorium Dobříš and as the analysis of reported falls in the years 2012 - 2015.

This thesis is focusing on work process and process of social adaptation of new employees. The theoretical part explains the related concepts. I’m describing human resources strategy, processes and also corporate culture which is very important not only for the adaptation of employees. In the practical part will be assessed the proces of adaptation in the company. Focusing to both work, social environment and also to integration on corporate culture. Then will be on the base on the results of the analyzes as well as my experiences will be voiced suggestions to improve the proces of adaptation in company.
