Optimization of dimensions of the base frame to form for large castings
Mottl, Jan ; Navrátil, Petr (referee) ; Skalka, Petr (advisor)
In this thesis the problem of optimizing the dimensions of the base frame molds for casts with FEM and for 4 weight classes, ie casts weighting 1, 3, 5 and 10 tons is solved. For the evaluation of the FEM ANSYS program was used. There are gradually presented optimization procedures for all four weight classes. There was established the persistence of forms and frame and at the end the conclusion of the technical-economic evaluation of the proposed forms in terms of material savings in comparison to the current state of production was made.

Rationalisation production of generators in TES Vsetín a.s.
Kašpar, Ladislav ; Navrátil, Petr (referee) ; Hlavenka, Bohumil (advisor)
The aim of this work is a significant racionalization of manufactory of skeleton of generator TES 472. In this work weaknesses of the current situation and possible solution directions were evaluated. Based on the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions were designed completely new concepts of manufacturing of this product. Rationalisation doesn´t deal only with the technology but is also focused on warehousing and material handling. The outcome of this work is not only a recommendation designed to streamline production, but also an economic evaluation of proposed actions.

Study of Pipe Drain Construction
Navrátil, Petr ; Bernatík, Radek (referee) ; Svoboda, Richard (advisor)
Mixing of backfill of the pipe drain construction with sub-ballast layer material through using enclosed drainage systems (mostly by pipe drains) has to be prevented. In order to do so, regulation SŽDC S4 Železniční spodek provides a filtration criterion which needs to be fulfilled or a geotextile with filtration function has to be used. This master thesis verifies if filtration criteria are fulfilled in between different backfilling of the pipe drains and sub-ballast layers in compliance with TNŽ 73 6949. Furthermore a verification of filtration function of different geotextiles including propositions of their suitable placement within construction of the pipe drain system is included.

Building for sport purposes
Navrátil, Petr ; Štrba, Michal (referee) ; Pilgr, Milan (advisor)
The theme of this diploma thesis is design and check load-carrying steel structure of building for sport purposes in two variants. Building is situated in Holešov town. Primary emphasis is placed on purpose of this building and on her integration to the given locality. The steel structure is created by two objels, main (hall) and side part (admin. part). Both of this building have common east wall. Plan dimension of hall part is 40 on 40m and the highest point of this part is 15,9m height above ground. Admin. part is greated like frame with columns in 8x8m grid and 8m height. Overall height of this part is 8m. For analisys of internal forces was constructed spatial bar model which was used for an optimization of partial bars for both limit states. The cladding will be made by system of Kingspan panels.

Proposal of Information Support for Operational Management
Navrátil, Petr ; Šunka, Josef (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This thesis describes problems of information systems for manufacturing management. Thesis is divided into three parts. First part contains necessary definitions, basic requirements and described general principle of ERP systems. Second part is focused on analysis in TVD, a.s. company. Company's processes are analysed and their support by information system is described. Last part is designed as a proposal of potential solution of problems identified by analysis in previous part. Implementations of new functionalities of currently used ERP information system solution are designed.
