Stretching as a part of compensatory exercises in football U15 players

The main goal is to map and compare the effects of using stretching as part of compensatory exercises for U15 players over a period of three months. Partial goals will be to determine the effects of stretching exercises by testing in the FC Slavoj Vyšehrad football team. Furthermore, mapping and comparison of all individual measured tests that will be used in the research of players of the football team FC Slavoj Vyšehrad and FK Skalná. The last partial goal will be to find out which muscles are the most shortened in players and, conversely, which are the most stretched. Input and output values will be measured over a period of three months for the tested team FC Slavoj Vyšehrad U15 and the control team FK Skalná. The training process will include exercises aimed at stretching muscle areas, which are problematic for footballers. The theoretical part is focused on existing knowledge from the anatomical, physiological, psychological and social sectors, as well as on the muscular system, muscle imbalance, flexibility, compensatory exercises in general and stretching. In this part, the problems of tonic and phasic muscles, the division of compensatory exercises and stretching are discussed. The practical part is based on a natural experiment. Sports activities and eating habits of younger school children

This master's thesis deals with problematics of healthy food, healthy lifestyle and sports activities of pupils et early school age. The aim of this work is to observe and evaluate eating habits of pupils of the target group. We research to what extent the children consume and know about the healthy lifestyle in connection with sports activities. We used the questionnaire survey as the main method. Then, we analyse sports results of these pupils on the basis of particular disciplines of UNIFITTEST. Analysis of physical activities in children of younger and older school age

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of physical activity levels in younger and older school-age children. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to defining the concept of physical activity and other basic concepts related to it. It deals in more detail with the importance of physical activity for human health and proper development. It mentions the danger of physical inactivity and summarises the current valid knowledge regarding the recommended amount of physical activity. The theoretical part also contains the definition of the school-age period and characterises its specifics, regarding the content of thesis, especially in the field of physical development, which occurs in the younger and older school-age period. Important determinants affecting the state of physical activity are also discussed. The research part of the thesis then focuses on monitoring and subsequent analysis and comparison of the level of exercise in younger and older school-age children in a selected primary school. The research sample, methods used, and survey procedure are described. The obtained data is analysed and summarised in the results used to determine the level of physical activity in children in the given age groups and its comparison with health-oriented recommendations and among themselves....
Triathlon sports industry and its common issues

This bachelor thesis deals with the overall issue of triathlon, from a historical development and important milestones, through movement skills essential for this discipline, its characteristics including rules, categories, distances and diversity of other racing styles. It also deals with material equipment needed for different types of triathlon and their individual disciplines, offers an overview of multisports that are triathlon related and last but not least informs about the importance and triathletes' appropriate nutrition.There are several chapters in which are added pictures to support the clarity of thesis and orientation in the issue. This thesis is not a result of research work, but a summary of ideas and conclusions which have been already published. An overall review of the triathlon was created, which can serve as an support while finding a summary of information on above mentioned issue.
Monitoring of selected functional indicators of the women's water polo team during the RTC

The diploma thesis deals with the monitoring of selected functional indicators of the women's water polo team during the RTC. The aim of this work is to observe the women's team in the water pole during the RTC. Tracking their TF for tests aimed at developing endurance and speed at ball launch. I divided the work into several parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the issue of water polo, deals with the basic skills of a water polo player and deals with the individual peculiarities of sports training and selected functional indicators. The practical part is divided into research and final part. The resulting part contains records of acquired changes in heart rate in selected phases of the annual training cycle. In the resulting part are processed the resulting data. To find out the results for the practical part I used observation methods, questionnaire, testing and statistical methods.
Swimming crawl and his swimming lessons for younger school children

The aim of this work is to find the most common mistakes in children of younger school age in swimming technique crawl. Another aim of the work is to eliminate mistakes in the technique of the given swimming method based on the elaborated training plan, in the range of sixteen hours. An integral part of the work will be to map the distance traveled at the beginning of monitoring and then at the end of the application of training. The theoretical part deals with the issue and description of the swimming crawl. The practical part of the thesis consists of recording and subsequent evaluation of individual errors according to the description of children's swimming technique. I will use the methods of observation, scaling, testing to evaluate the results and I will use the statistical method of data processing. The results of the work mostly correspond with the description of the child's technique of the crawl.
