Based on theoretical knowledge was at first conducted analysis of the company and then customer satisfaction survey. This thesis also includes proposals to improve customer satisfaction and to increase the number of customers.

My thesis is focused on the issue of marketing research, concretely marketing research of customer satisfaction. The aim of my thesis is gathering of available theoretical data and above all analysis of a chosen company Spa Hodonín with the aim of recognition, if the company attaches sufficient importance of acquiring and analysis of information concerning a customer satisfaction. Practical part is furthermore focused on propsal appropriate changes in activities of analyzed company accord to theoretical data and with the consideration of company conditions.
