Indirect naming units in Czech Sign Language

This dissertation addresses the Indirect Naming Unit in Czech Sign Language. This area has not been researched systematically in the Czech Republic. There are total of 60 of them being introduced and analyzed in this paper. They are divided into 3 main categories based on how they change the form of the sign. Each sign has a photo documentation showing what the sign looks like in the basic meaning and the metaphorical meaning. Furthermore, for each sign of an Indirect Naming Unit there is a written explanation of its semantic motivation for the metaphorical meaning. In another part of this paper, the metaphorical meanings have been grouped into general categories. These metaphorical meanings were taken from previously collected examples. These examples are translated into written Czech and the sign order, used in the signed sentence, is listed as well. These examples used in Czech Sign Language are shown in videos on DVD, which is a part of this dissertation. The theoretical support for this research work is based on the knowledge of the Indirect Naming Unit in the Czech linguistics. Monitoring of selected coagulation parameters in pregnancy.

In the group of 73 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortions, which they had a personal history of at least one thrombophilic disposition, either congenital acquired mutation of factor V Leiden in heterozygous form, or 20210 mutation in the gene of factor II in heterozygous form or mutation in the gene for MTHFR 677T or 1298C in heterozygous or homozygous form, or they had acquired thrombophilic disposition of antiphospholipid syndrome, or hyperhomocysteinemia, we studied the level-progress of blood coagulation parameters during the entire pregnancy. During this period, blood samples were taken from the patients on a regular basis. By some patients the parameters were examined even before pregnancy. Patients were getting nadroparin (Fraxiparine) in the 25th - 43rd week of pregnancy, alternatively enoxaparin (Clexane) who had showed allergic reaction. With the indirect detection method using a chromogenic substrate for the analyzer Sysmex CA-1500 (Sysmex-TOA) we evaluated functional activity of plasminogen, plasminogen activator inhibitor and α2-antiplazmin. With the direct non-competitive ELISA method, we found out a quantitative amount of antigen plasminogen tissue activator, plasminogen activator inhibitor and trombomodulin. Manually Coded English

The aim of the bachelor thesis is description of manually coded American English, specifically of systems Seeing Essential English (SEE 1), Signing Exaxt English (SEE 2), Linguistics of Visual English (L. O. V. E.), Signed English (SE) and Pidgin Signed English (PSE). The thesis focuses on the circumstances of their creation, brief history and their structure. Furthermore the thesis compares systems with each other, with American sign language and with signed Czech.

Priorities of school club

In my dissertation I focused on the priorities of Bernard Bolzano o.p.s. school club in Tábor. In the theoretic part of my dissertation I mention leisure time in connection with children, historical development of leisure time pedagogy, functions, forms and activities of interest education, relationships and communication, definition of a school club and its advantages, school club participants, framework education programme and key competencies. In the practical part of the dissertation I made a research on priorities of a school club. On this basis I created various hypotheses. The veracity or inveracity of the hypotheses should have been verified by a questionnaire formed by research questions. Special additional questions of a structured dialogue with parents and educators of the school club served to specify the research. The evaluation of questionnaires and dialogues has brought the verification of the hypotheses.

Analysis of household´s incomes

The objective of this diploma thesis is examining the evolution of household´s incomes in two comparable periods and evaluating the changes in household´s incomes in the sorting by regions, size of municipality and by occupation of heads of households. This task was preceded by characteristic of household incomes, measure of incomes differentiation and determination of the poverty line. Next the objective of this diploma thesis is compilation a matrix of economic mobility. The practical part is devoted to analysis of incomes through basic statistical characteristics by regions, size of municipality and by occupation of heads of households. Further is measured income´s differentiation, determined the poverty line by the methodology of EUROSTAT and assembled the matrix mobility. In THE end all my reach results evaluated, which I made in the practical part.

Financial statements, their structure and the establishment of the accounting software

The objective of this bachelor thesis is the composition of financial statements in different software for accounting. This task was preceded by characteristic of financial statements, expecially the balance sheet, statement profit and loss alias income statement and cash flow statement alias cash flow. This problem is devoted to the theoretical part of my bachelor thesis. I draw supporting documents for this part mostly from the recommended literature. The practical part is devoted to composition of financial statements in accounting programs and those are EKONOM, Money S3 and PREMIER system. To assemble the financial statements was necessary work in all three programs accounting selected company, whose main activity is "specialty retail, wholesale and production of textile goods".

The aim of the work is to value system of processing and use of intercompany regulations focused on accounting. To draft recommendation for a revision or drafting of new intercompany regulations that emerged from the comparison with current legislation and recommendations in the literature. The work analyzes the importance of intercompany regulations for the management of the company. In the theoretical part of the work are the internal guidelines generally characterized. There is also described the legislative context on which it is based. In the practical part are recommendations for changes in the guidelines or there are developed new internal directions of the company.

Tax burden and impact on management decisions, the impact of any changes in the tax system on business competitiveness and decision-making processes, in the practical application of one or more business entities. In the theoretical part will be clarified the Czech tax system, in particular from the position description of each tax, and management functions in the enterprise. In the practical part will be given the characteristics of the selected firm and a description of the impact of taxes and their impact on the selected firm.

Práce hodnotí potenciál organizované turistiky pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu v České republice. Jejím základem je výzkum spotřebitelské poptávky provedený na turistických akcích v České republice a v Německu. Součástí práce je analýza nabídky organizované turistiky v České republice, zejména turistických akcí, turistické infrastruktury a managementu. Význam práce spočívá především v kvantifikaci ekonomických přínosů organizované turistiky v České republice. Práce zkoumá také vliv organizované turistiky na ekonomiku regionů a na udržitelný rozvoj cestovního ruchu.
