Daňová zátěž a vliv na rozhodování managementu, vliv případných změn daňového systému na konkurenceschopnost podniku a na rozhodovací procesy, v praktické části aplikace na jeden nebo více podnikatelských subjektů. V teoretické části bude tedy objasněna daňová soustava České republiky, zejména z pozice popisu jednotlivých daní, a funkce managementu v podniku. V praktické části bude uvedena charakteristika vybraného podniku a popis dopadů jednotlivých daní a jejich vliv na vybraný podnik. Tax burden and impact on management decisions, the impact of any changes in the tax system on business competitiveness and decision-making processes, in the practical application of one or more business entities. In the theoretical part will be clarified the Czech tax system, in particular from the position description of each tax, and management functions in the enterprise. In the practical part will be given the characteristics of the selected firm and a description of the impact of taxes and their impact on the selected firm.
