Chourová, Jolana ; Eliáš, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Kuźniar, Mariusz (referee)
In my thesis I deal with the position of the Christian kindergarten in the system of pre-school education in the Czech Republic . I describe the historical development of the kindergarten as an institution. The development of pre-school children is assessed in terms of education, psychology and religion. Family and teacher are the basic partners in the lifelong patterns of shaping the personality of every child. The Christian kindergarten meets the same objectives as other pre-school facilities which are based on The Framework Education Programme. The difference between the Christian kindergarten and ordinary kindergarten is their founder and the Educational Programme which is oriented and adapted to the requirements of Christian education of pre-school children. The Christian kindergarten has a logical place and tradition in the system of pre-school education.

The bachelor thesis evaluates the frequency of content related to Christianity to all of the content of the texbook. This frequency in four volumes is 5,25%, 35,80%, 3,83% and 2,21% respectively. The bachelor thesis also identifies all the negative or positive statements on Christianity. The result of the thesis is that the frequency of content related to Christianity is adequate, if we take into consideration that the textbook mainly deals with political history. The negative and positive statements are not an intention of the authors, but a result of mistakes, clumsiness and unintentional acceptation of historical paterns we could find in school texbooks in era of the former state regime.

Given the extensive topic it is focused only to selected major figures of Czech churches who were acting from the thirties of the 20th century to the Velvet Revolution and who, through their services, influenced the lives of many people. Work first defines the terminology and then presents a theoretical study of basic post-conciliar magisterium of the Catholic Church documents, relating to the subject of work - catechesis of adults. In this light as well as in historical and social context of the past, this work also perceives testimony of life, services, and ideas of three giants of the era which were Tomislav Kolakovič, Ota Mádr and Jan Evangelista Urban. Through their lifes analysing the literary works of those, this work will show individual paths of adults-catechesis and what these theologians were anticipating with as it was found later in church documents.
