Mine bachelor thesis is divided into three main sections; theoretic section, practical section and the one part with own suggestions for improve. In theoretical part is important to know all the terms that will be needed in the rest of my whole thesis. In the second part of the thesis, there will be applied every knowledge into practice with finance analysis. The outcomes from this part will be compared with optimal values and average values of the particular industry. The methods of financial analysis will be used, such as valuation of profitability or liquidity, but also Zmijewski model and R. Douchy’s analysis. In the last part, suggestion section, there will be used these outcomes from practical section and also, there will be drawn up some solutions for the company to use and improve her financial performance.
Evaluation of an Investment Plan of the Firm’s Intention to Purchase Solar Panels for Office Building

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the investment plan for the purchase of solar panels for a company's office building. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical background necessary for the practical part of the thesis. The phases of the investment project are described, the methods of investment evaluation and the final part is devoted to risks. In the practical part the investment is evaluated using both static and dynamic indicators. Subsequently, a sensitivity analysis is performed and the probability of possible scenarios is calculated using the Monte Carlo method. In the final part of the thesis, recommendations on the realisation of the project are given.

This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of financial performance of trade cooperative Konzum in Ústí nad Orlicí from economic year 2017 to economic year 2021. The work itself is divided in to the three following chapters. First chapter studies theoretical knowledge from performance to special system indicatiors of financial analysis. Second chapter characterize studied subject and evaluate financial performance with individual instruments of finacial analysis. Third chapater introduce intended proposal, which will lead to improvement of financial performance in the upcoming economic years.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of an investment project concerning the purchase of a new measuring instrument. The analysis carried out in this thesis is based on the theoretical basis described in the introductory part of the thesis. Both static and dynamic methods are used to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment, along with sensitivity analysis. The likelihood of different scenarios is determined using Monte Carlo simulation. Finally, recommendations are provided as to whether the project is feasible.

The chosen methods of financial analysis and the economic value added (EVA) will be applied to a specific joint stock company that is in the agricultural sector. Based on the results of the chosen methods, it will be possible to evaluate the financial performance of the company and to propose suggestions leading to improvement of the situation.
