Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá zvýšením výkonnosti a efektivity podniku Maloobchodná a.s. na 5 sledovaných ekonomických ukazovateľoch. Pre dosiahnutie cieľov je zvolený návrh riešenia v podobe implementácie softvéru na predpoveď dopytu, automatizované návrhy objednávok, riadenie zásob a dodávateľských reťazcov. Prostredníctvom stanovených ukazovateľov je vyhodnotený progres po implementácii a ekonomické prínosy softwaru na zlepšení výkonnosti firmy. The bachelor thesis deals with increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company Maloobchodná a.s. on 5 monitored economic indicators. To achieve the goals, a solution design is chosen in the form of software implementation for demand forecasting, automated order design, inventory, and supply chain management. Through the set indicators, the progress after implementation and the economic benefits of the software to improve the company's performance are evaluated.
