This diploma thesis starts with the definition of terms and formulations which are necessary for the understanding the discussed issues. The diploma thesis deals with real estate income method valuation, in particular the detected value and the market value according to the relevant public notice of valuation. In the practical part of the thesis my main aim has beeen to choose the real estate that can be valued by the real estate income method, to establish the detected value according to the public notice 445/2017 Sb. and to establish the market value, which will be set with several other real estate.

Germination requirements of rare and common plant species of Giant Mountains

For a long time studies were focused on searching optimal conditions of germination of individual species. During the last few years studies have started to search for a relationship between germination and various species characteristics. Most of them, however, use only one temperature during germination tests. Very few studies use more than one temperature during the germination tests. In the last years studies started also to compare germination between rare and common species, but these studies compare just a few species. There are no studies which would compare germination on broader range of species. Aim of this study was to indentify which factors are determing germination of species and to find relationships between germination and characteristics of rare species (n=62). Another aim was to find out differences in germination of pairs (n=24) of closely related rare and common species. To test the germination I have chosen a methodology with several consecutive temperatures. Throughout the time of testing , the seeds were placed either in light or in dark. The dataset was processed by linear regression. Educational work problems with juvenile criminality offenders

Diploma thesis is focused on educational work with juvenilie offenders who are sentenced to execution of punishment. From a penitentiary point of view it is concemed with factors which are hindering the educational treatment and the influence of the educational activities on this specific group. Facts established by inquiry should clarify the educational issues with juvenile offenders during their detention with the inclusion of difficulties and give an overview about the related actual sphere of problems.

Change in prosaic processing of occupation during World War Two theme in Czech literature between 1945 and 1965

Author of this graduation thesis focused on the prose processing the theme of World War Two in Czech literature between years 1945 and 1965. The main point is to demonstrate basic schemes of portraying the World War Two theme in Czech literature and to analyze fundamental works of this period. In particular chapters, author especially engages in immediate reaction of the documentary and fable prose on the war, generation conflict, elaboration of Jewish matter together with holocaust and prose with existential motives. Analyzing books of Julius Fučík, Jan Drda, Josef Škvorecký, Arnošt Lustig and Ladislav Fuks, the author shows different forms of prose with war theme and presenting its main tendencies.

Factors affecting the total outoff from the watershed and its individual components

This thesis is focused on the topic of total outflow from the watershed. In the first part water is divided into surface water, subsurface and groundwater, there is also described water circulation, hydrological balance, water retention and water accumulation, as well as characteristics of hydrographic network in the country. There are listed and explained outflow folders and measures to reduce surface runoff. In the second part of this work methods of separating the individual components of outflow, such as CN-method, Kliner and Kněžek method, model SMODERP, HYDROG model, GROUND and MGPM methods are described. In the conclusion it is explained that outflow from the watershed generates not only because of rainfall, but also due to geological, pedological, anthropogenic and other factors.

The use of modern management methods and techniques in the management of selected subjects

This thesis focuses on the analysis of management techniques and methods in the selected company. The aim was to analyze the techniques and management methods, characterize the possibility of their use in enterprises and design an optimal system of modern management methods in selected subjects. Theoretical part was created for reading professional publications on the topic, and the theoretical results were obtained by interview with the manager of the company, and electronic questionnaires were sent to managers. At the conclusion of the drafting of measures that should improve the functioning of the organization.
