The Creation and Implementation of a School Education Programme in Practice

This final bachelor thesis deals with problems of creation process of school education programs in primary schools in Czech Republic. Since it is an activity that school subjects could not have experienced so far and since the availability of pilot schools outcomes is not optimal, this thesis aims to provide basic information file that is important for start of systematic work on creation of school curriculum document. It systematizes correlation between School Education Program and actual legal rules of Czech legal system and offers instruments for motivation of participants making this document. The important part of the thesis is also research. The aim of this research was to judge factors that have influence on creation process of School Education Program in primary schools and also in terms of their difference in schools of number of students bellow 200 and over 200 pupils. The results of this research confirm that there are differences in some facts between small and large schools. These differences can subsequently influence the progress of creation process of School Education Program and thus could have essential influence on its final form in terms of qualitative judgement and above all in terms of its function.

Vyhledávání a charakteristika genů zodpovědných za purpurové zbarvení obilek pšenice seté (Triticum aestivum L.)

The purple color of the caryopses in common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is an example of the countless diversity of the Mother Nature. Red and white caryopses are typical in common wheat. Genotypes with purple caryopses are also described. This coloring is caused by anthocyanins which deposit in the pericarp (purple). The anthocyanins biosynthetic pathway is well described. The key enzyme is chalcone synthase (CHS). It catalyzes the first step. We observed the deposition of anthocyanins in the pericarp, the expression of a chalcone synthase gene and the amount of the major anthocyanin - cyanidin-3-glycoside (pericarp of purple caryopses) and delphinidin 3 gycoside during caryopsis development. Purple pigment deposition was not homogeneous and/or uniform. At first, small isolated spots of purple color were formed and thereafter they expanded. The expression of chalcone synthase mRNA occurred five days before pigment deposition and finished earlier than expected. Amounts of cyanidin-3-glycoside increased continuously. Amounts of these fell at the end of caryopses development probably due to formation of more complex substances, process which is described as copigmentation.

Reflecting The Process Of Writing

The author of this paper is attempting to take advantage of the principles studied at the Department of Authorial Creation and Pedagogy, and utilise it for the purpose of writing a text. Through an experimental approach, he is trying to find answers on how to develop the ability to reflect one's self during such a process, what factors could be present in the process, and the ability to integrate the new knowledge into further activity.
