Analysis of the Television Advertising Market in the Czech Republic

Television composes the largest share of media market in the Czech Republic. Large scope for addressing a broad audience is created and investments of companies constitute a major share of income of television stations. These stations with their program focus on various groups of viewers which creates a space for submitters of advertisement to focus their marketing activities on selected target groups of viewers. Considering the fact that television constitutes such massive communication channel, differences among advertisements on individual television stations cease to exist. The objective of my thesis is to find out, if companies still apply theoretical recommendations regarding segmentation, targeting and suitability of selected strategy when submitting advertisements. To find answers to researched question, a data file containing all advertisements broadcasted by television stations in 2011, has been analyzed in this thesis. Research of data has been performed using cluster analysis. Upon results of this thesis, suggestions for improvement of researched condition of companies have been recommended.
The Brand and its importance in mobile phones' segment

In my bachelor thesis I would like to answer questions related to consumer behaviour using theoretical knowledge and practical research. In the first part I will describe brand, its influence on consumer behaviour, significance of advertising and promotional campaigns for building brand and their impact on individuals. I would also include nationality and gender differences in purchasing decisions. In the second part scientific research will be carried out concerning this subject and its results will be evaluated.

Gamification is one of the most discussed trends nowadays, but in the workplace , the concept is relatively new. Companies and organizations are trying to use this technique to adress organizational issues such as employee engagement, learning and collaboration. The concept gamification is more than just game playing in the workplace. The essence of this technique is to introduce game mechanics and principles to non-gaming environment . Until recently , very few scientific studies have addressed different parts of this trend . The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis deals with the interpretation of the concept, its history, describing the basic elements, including their effect on mental and motivational aspects of human being, also includes practical examples. The second part of the thesis deals with the use of gamified system and game mechanics in a business environment in order to achieve business goals depending on employee satisfaction.

The main goal of my bachelor thesis is to introduce and discuss phenomenon so called Internet of things. In theoretical part, I present various application fields of Internet of things in people's everyday life. In practical part this thesis addresses the question of how the Internet of things influence everyday life and suggests areas of contribution. Emphasizes area of education and the Faculty of management environment.

This bachelor thesis examines new forms of marketing communications and their usa on concrete existing subject, which is in my case Golf club Bitozeves. The aim of the theoretical part is to present new forms of marketing communication along with their means of spreading. The practical part is based on applying these forms on current subject by creating concrete model campaigns and afterwards comparison of their key attributes such as costs of realization, time required for their realisation or by number of potential customers brought by these methods.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze and compare newsletters from Alza.cz and Mall.cz, which are one of the largest online retailers in the Czech market. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with the functions and the composing of the newsletter. Practical part analyzes newsletters of online stores, valorization of their work and the suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
Comparing commodity search engines and deal of the day servers

The thesis in the theoretical part explains the business model of commodity search engines and deal of the day servers, including the inclusion of these tools in internet marketing. Subsequently, the business models of these two instruments are compared in terms of possible use for the companies. In the practical part the thesis is focuses on a specific commodity search engines and deal of the day servers in the Czech Republic in terms of their performance and the comparison and then presents practical examples of using these channels by companies. The practical part is also a detailed example of the use of commodity search engines (Zboží.cz and Heureka.cz) and deal of the day servers (Skrz.cz) to a specific company Vivantis, a. s. Part of this demonstration is also a detailed analysis of the effectiveness of the use of these channels.

Opinions are key influencers of human behaviours. Therefore, this bachelor thesis focuses on sentiment analysis, also called opinion mining, which is the one of the most active research areas in natural language processing and its application in business intelligence is more and more significant. Theoretical part thus describes the sentiment analysis problem, its advantages and applications. The main purpose of this thesis is to describe and appraise available tools for sentiment analysis in Czech conditions with focus on Twitter.
User Interface Design Web Applications

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of user interface design. The goal of this thesis is to introduce the concept of the user interface, its types and terms of user interface including defining basic needs of the user related to this interface. Furthermore, this thesis introduce to reader concept of Human Computer Interaction and presents the basic rules and procedures of creating the user interface. These rules and procedures are in practical part applied to the specific user interface design of web application for benchmarking comparison of particular regions tourism strategies. Final result of this bachelor thesis is specific tested user interface on which bases are submitted final recommendations for creating ideal user interface for this application.
