The topic of the diploma thesis is all-society tolerated drugs an their impact on youth - social and societal implications. In the theoretical basis of the thesis, we focus on the definition of the concepts of the all-society tolerated drugs and its division, the use of drugs, the emergence of addictionc and the treatment of an addiction. We identify the concept of the socio-economic and social impacts of drug use among youth, as a consequence of their consequences for the somatic health and the social environment of man. The implications and consequences of the use of all-human drugs in youth are also addressed in the empirical part of the thesis. The importance of Activatingseniors in Field and Outpatient Social Servicers

(Abstract) This thesis is called "The importance of activation in seniors in field and outpatient social services" includes the theoretical part as a conceptualization of the empirical part. It describes the activities and services contained in the questionnaire survey. The results of the surfy, by using the questionnaires, confirmed the hypothesis. It can now be said that seniors are using outreach social services, they are more interested in activities more than seniors are using outpatient social services - in particular it is the physical activities of women over 85 years of age. In conclusion, the greatest interest was in physical activities which support the maintenance of mobility and hence the promotion of self-sufficiency.

The diploma thesis will have two parts, both the theoretical part and the practical part. In the first chapter of the theoretical part, I would focus on "Social and legal protection of children". Here I will highlight the focus of social and legal protection, and what competencies a social worker has in this department. Furthermore, I would like to state what activities a social worker performs in this department, according to Act No. 359/1999 , on social and legal protection of children. In the second chapter, I would deal with prejudices alone. I will define prejudices here, describe the typology of prejudices, and how they manifest themselves. In the third chapter I will focus on attitudes and their definitions, speeches and types. In the fourth chapter, I would like to look at the views of social workers on the client. In the fifth chapter I would mention the process of assessing the client's life situation, its stages, the models and the factors influencing the assessment. In the sixth chapter I would define the concept of influence. The practical part will be focused on qualitative research and will be divided into two parts. The bachelor thesis entitled "The gender aspects of homelessness" is about men and women without their home. The bachelor thesis is focused on the difference of perception of women and men without their home regarding their situation. The theoretical part deals with the issue of the homelessness, history, division, gender aspects. The thesis explains the concept of gender, social congnition, gender stereotypes in the society and in homelessness. The aim of the research is to answer the research question "How homeless women and homeless men perceive their situation given their gender? Parental Alienation Syndrome by former users of services from the Outreach Outpatient Centre of the House of Three Wishes

The work deals with Parental Alienation Syndrome and connects it to the separation of parents or in their process of a breakup. It also deals with selected work options, specifically work with parents in the conflict and the actual work with the family in the presence of this syndrome. The theoretical part is a chapter of parents'separation and a chapter of Parental Alienation Syndrome. The practical part includes a description of the research, evaluation and conclusions. The main objective of the research is to analyze the situation of the family, giving rise to the syndrome from the perspective of the alienated parents. Parental Alienation Syndrome is a high risk for society and its occurrence or consequences are not negligible. Topicality is given to the large number of separations and divorces in our society.
