The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is a New building of an apartment house in Ostrava. The building has four floors and one partially based underground floor, in which storage and mechanical rooms are situated. There are a total of 8 apartment units in the apartment building. The building is made of the SENDWIX system with filigrane panels, the roof is flat and vegetated.

The assignment of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a building permit. The apartment building is located on a slightly sloping terrain. The building consists of four floors and has a basement. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete and the load-bearing masonry is made of ceramic blocks. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system. Horizontal ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is designed partly as a single skin and partly as a counter roof. In the basement floor there are mainly storage rooms, utility room and lounge. On the first floor there are four apartments, one of which is designed as a barrier-free. In the remaining floors there are another 8 flats, which after the sum of those from the first floor form 12 flats. In front of the building there is a large parking lot with a large number of parking spaces.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a process of documentation of implementation of building an apartment house in Brno – cadastre unit Maloměřice. The thesis mainly concerns a detached building with partial basement. This is three-storey building with basement. In my proposal, the object consists of seven dwelling unit total, from which one flat was designed for accessible usage. Structural system of the building was solved by using clay blocks, whereas the basement external walls were created by permanent formwork blocks. The floor structure was made from cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The object is roofed with a warm flat roof.
Family house with the establishment

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a family house with the establishment in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The building is designed for housing a family of five and the operation of the car repair workshop. The house has a garage. The living area has two floors and with partial basement. The establishment consists of one above-ground floor. The building is designed from Silka limestone blocks. The external wall of the basement consists of concrete blocks. The ceilings are from the Ytong system. The roofing consists of a gabled roof with a dormer, above the establishment is a flat green roof. The building has ventilated facade and hidden downpipe.

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace bytového domu. Nachází se v Brně, katastrálním území Nového Lískovce. Bytový dům leží na svahu a je orientován na jižní stranu. Má dvě nadzemní podlaží a ve druhém patře je balkon. Střechy jsou ploché zelené střechy, přičemž dvě menší střechy mají sklon 3% a větší 5%. Na východní straně je garáž a balkon. Celá stavba rodinné rezidence je ze železobetonu a zdiva s hlavním využitím na konstrukčních materiálech firmy HELUZ. Izolační materiály jsou všechny od společnosti ISOVER. Výkresová dokumentace nezbytná pro realizaci této obytné budovy byla zpracována v počítačovém programu AutoCAD. Součástí práce je požární, akustické a tepelně technické řešení.
Low-floor apartment house

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a new building of a low floor apartment house located in Zlín-Mladcová 555/3. It is a two-storey and partially basement building with a single-skin flat roof based on the base passages. A total of 6 housing units are designed. Three on the first floor with sizes 2x 2 + KK, 3 + KK and three on the second floor with sizes 2 + KK, 3 + KK, 4 + KK. On the first floor there are flats with barrier-free access and there is a stroller storage and a cleaning room. In the basement there are cellars for all apartments. There is also a drying room, a storage for house maintenance, a boiler room and a bike storage. The masonry of the building is designed from ceramic blocks Porotherm except of the perimeter basement masonry where lost formwork is used. The ceiling structure is made of MIAKO brick inserts and ceramic-concrete ceiling POT beams. The house is located on the outskirts of the city Zlín in a quiet area.

The bachelor thesis deals with the project of an apartment house with grocery store in Brno-Sadova. The building is partially situated under the ground, has got a shape of letter L and is covered with single-layer flat roof. The house has got 20 dwelling units. The semi-basement consists of a cellar cubicles, bicycle room, drying room and technical room with heat exchanger. There is a workshop in the first floor which is separated from dwelling units, therefore it has its own entrance. The underground part is designed from concrete blocks BEST that are also filled with concrete. The aboveground part is designed from single masonry system and insulated with contact insulating system. Vertical constructions are made from ceramic blocks Porotherm and the ceiling is made from beams and liners of Miako brand. There is an elevator designed in the building.

Subject of the bachelor thesis is detail design documentation of an apartment building. Proposed apartment building is located in the Zlín region in the foothills of the Hostýn Hills in the outskirts of the village Chomýž. Building is located on the cadastral number 3240 and 3238/1 in the cadastral area of Chomýž. The apartment building contains 6 apartments. In the basement are designed cellar cubicles, warehouses, drying room, utility room and room for house maintenance. On the first floor there are two apartments, a cleaning room and a pram room. There are only apartments on the second and third floor. Residential building is designed as a basement, three-storey, the last floor is a residential attic. The building will have a gabled roof with a slope of 35 ° and with dormer windows. The structural system of a residential building is a combination of longitudinal and transverse. The foundations are made of concrete foundation strips. The perimeter load-bearing masonry is in the basement of concrete blocks of permanent shuttering, in the above-ground floors of ceramic blocks, as well as the vertical support system inside the building. The ceiling structure on all floors consists of a composite ceramic-concrete ceiling made of POT beams and MIAKO inserts. The staircase is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. Thermal insulation of apartment building is designed as polystyrene.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is elaboration of design documentation for execution of an apartment building. It is a building with four above-ground floors with partial basement including twelve dwelling units. The structural system is wall transverse system made of clay blocks, except of perimeter basement walls, which are lined with concrete fittings (lost formwork). The ceiling structure is made of ceramic concrete ceiling beams POT and MIAKO inserts. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat roof. The whole object is insulated with a certified thermal insulation system. The entrance to building is from the north. On the plot there is parking for sixteen cars.
Revitalization of multifunctional house in Uhersky Brod

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of the revitalization of a multifunctional building in Uherský Brod. The assignment was the elaboration of the project documentation for the issue of the building permit. This building has four floors and one basement. The supporting system of the building is reinforced concrete frame with brickwork. Ceiling structures are from reinforced concrete primary and secondary beams with slabs. Roofs of the building are designed as pitched roof, warm flat roof and double–skinned roof.
