Modern methods of tube- and profiles bending

The project elaborated in the framework of Bachelor's study presents a survey of modern methods in the field of bending tubes and profiles. On the basis of literary evidence relating to the bending of tubes and profiles the list was created to summarize all the currently used modern technology in this field. The work covers the theoretical part of the time horizont of the oldest methods of bending to the present methods. In the theoretical part are given the most modern machines used to bend tubes and profiles.
Expanding of tube ends

The project is elaborated within frame of bachelor´s studies of branch B2341-3. The project is submitting a summary of methods used for expanding of tube ends. In the first part on the basis of the studies of this problem there was created a set of methods which are used for expanding of tube ends. These methods are divided into three elementary parts according to the technology of production. Next part of this project describes modern methods in use. It is namely expanding of tube ends by radial jaws and method of expanded and towards the end renarrowing figures on the tube ends. In conclusion of this thesis there is treatise on quality checking of expanded tube ends and leakage test.
Sheet metal part manufacturing by drawing

The project developed in the frame of the bachelor study branch B2307-00 presents a proposal of acreation technology of a flange, which is to be a model of the roof lift. The part is made of steel 11 320. Due to the anticipated serial production of 10 000 pieces per year, a number of production options is considered. On the basis of literary studies of the issue of drawing, it is suggested a drawing by a metal tool with blankholder. Due to calculations of tensile strength and work, press LEN 40 C is suggested. Drawing tool is designed to require the most of standard components and is solved through the form of a normal rack fastened to the eccentric press LTN 40 C. Drawing punch and drawing die are made of tool steels 19 436.3 and heat-processed according to the drawing documentation.
Technology of sheet presswork in mass production

The project elaborated within the Bachelor's work, branch B2341, submitting literary study of blanking technology of areal and volume materials. This work is specialized on general partition and short description of blanking technology. It describes common blanking, fine blanking, tube cutting and bar cutting.
The perspectives of cold bulk forming

This thesis deals with the processes of the technology of the cold bulk forming. Different forming methodes are introduced and described. Pictures and schemes are also parts of this work. Further on, several substance types fit for cold bulk forming are presented. This work also includes a list of companies exercising this method. Products and methodes of inovations are also named in this list. In the end, the perspective of the method of cold bulk forming along with a standing of different products at the market is evaluated.
Manufacturing of the Disc Wheel´s Screw by Extrusion

Manufacturing of the disc wheel´s screw by technology of solid forming. The Bachelor's degree project, 3rd form, summer semester, academic year 2007/2008, educational group 3P/2 Engineering - Manufacturing Technology, Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Institute of Manufacturing Technology, Dept. of Metal Forming and Plastics, May 2008. This project solves the manufacturing process of Disc wheel´s screw part by technology of solid forming. Screw is made of 13 240.3 steel. Semifinished product has cylinder shape with diameter of 16 mm and length 36 mm. This part is made during four solid forming operations on the TPZ 12 multistage automatic machine manufactured by ŠMERAL Brno, a. s.
The utilization of elastomers in forming technologies

The project developed within the bachelor study (branch B2339-00 Mechanical engineering) deals with creation of a review of technologies in the field of forming using elastomers to manufacture desired parts. On the basis of studying literature focused on forming problems the review of these special forming methods and their brief description were developed. Further, the project includes examples of forming machines currently using these methods and appropriate products. The data were obtained from internet sources.
The manufacture of steel clutch disk

The main aim of this thesis is proposing of new technology with manufacture of steel lamella clutch to the motorcycle, with method perfect cutting with compressive edge. The component of this work is comparing current and designed technology, with economic evaluation. In my drawing documentation I draw an instrument for manufacture of component. Et the end of this work, you can see all attachments and all sources, which I used for this work.

Submitted work fully fashioned within the frame of bachelor study B2339-00 Mechanical engineering occupy oneself with modern methods in the area sheet metal bending. For consideration literary production and own experience is in he work directress dilemma inflexion, technologies exploited the process of bending, machines and tools for constitutive bending, press breaking the sheet metal and materials using for mode of production bending components. A part of documentation is for explain producing components by company VN-U s.r.o., which one has renovation course of manufacture with the help modern machinery and tools.
The manufacturing of feed sheet metal component

The project made within the bachelor‘s program B2307 represents a proposal of the production technology of a cutting – a device made of steel plate 12020. On the basis of secondary literature dealing with the problematic topic of cutting technology a production of components in sequential device was designed. The sequential device is composed of normalized components and is resolved by using a universal easel. The cutting box is fixed to the compressing machine LEN 40 C (producer TOMA Industries, s.r.o.) with the nominal drawing force of 400 kN. The upper cutting edge and cutting form are made of tool steel class 19, heat-treated according to the drawing documentation.
