The recherche deals with the basic division and principles of all possible utilizations of elastomers focusing on the usage of polyurethane with examples and evaluation of their advantages and disadvantages.

The paper discussed today and earlier used types of machines and tools.The basic types of machines are: a mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, hammers and rotary thermoforming machines. The bachelor's thesis contains a current literary study with focus on the production of components by elastomers in applications forming. The study contains an explanation of each of the special methods, their comparison with classical methods in forming, the assessment of their propriety or impropriety, and demonstration of usage.
Pulley cheek manufacturing

This bachelor thesis focuses on the technology of follow cutting. The purpose is to project a progressive press tool for the given component of a pulley cheek made of a stainless steel sheet with the thickness of 1 mm. The optimal variety of component production was set on the basis of the theoretical study in the first part of the project. The progressive press tool uses standardized components and it is realized by using the usual post which is fixed to the compressing machine LEN 63 C (producer TOMA Industries Ltd.). At the end of the thesis, there is an economic assessment of production of the annual batch of 200 000 pcs.
Proposal pressing tool for sheet metal part

The in the framework of Bachelor Studies developed project presents a technology- proposal for the production of a pressing tool for the manufacturing of parts from the sheet steel S500MC. On the basis of a literary survey of problems of the component manufacturing through shearing and calculation, cutting in the phase-shearing tool was proposed. According to the shape of the component, a thirteen-steps cutting processes was proposed, two steps of which are free and open to subsequent changes that can occur in the process of shearing. Normalized components from the catalogue company FIBRO were used in the construction of the pressing tool. The press GERB EDELHOFF 80 t was selected as the working device.
Manufacturing possibilities of the clamping ring part

This bachelor work has been elaborated as a part of my bachelor studies of engineering technology and deals with the problem of choosing an optimal method of producing a particular component part named “Clamping ring”. A fundamental emphasis is placed on the economical aspect of the matter while preserving conditions imposed by the client. The component has originally been manufactured by cutting the intermediate out of a sheet metal using a CO2 laser cutting machine, subsequent lathe work, manual boring and creating a thread. This work offers technological alternatives to the manufacturing of the intermediate as well as the following machining. All options are evaluated with regard to the production expenses and lead to a most economically plausible method of manufacturing the entire component part.
Proposal for the production of variants of flat sheet metal parts with holes

The final work elaborated in the scope of bachelor studies of the branch B2307-00 submitted variants of production for flat sheet metal parts with holes. In work there are two variants of production of one particular part namely: Production on sequence shearing tool and production by means of plasma CNC machine. Particular part is designed for quantity 120 000 pieces per year. Shearing machine S250 with shearing force 2500 kN is selected (manufacturer Smeral a.s.Brno). In the work there are implied necessary calculations for both variants including economical evaluation and criteria for practically implementation.

Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem of the sheet metal forming and internet research is in the work directress dilemma of roll bending, machines and tools for sheet roll bending and section roll bending, special roll bending machines and equipment. The manufacturing of level indicator by fineblanking process

The project elaborated in frame of engineering studies branch 2307. The project is submitting design of technology production of the extract - section from the deep drawing sheet iron 11 373.1. Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem of the deep drawing and calculation was designed drawing in instrument with holder. The lower ejector is using for extrusion component. The drawing instrument make use of standardised components and it is solving forms of customary stool close-set on the crank drawing inclinable press LEN 63 C (producer APJ Praha), with nominal tensile force 630 kN. Drawing punch and drawing die are produced from alloyed instrumental steel 19 436.9 (POLDI 2002), heat-worked according to drawing documentation.

Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem of deformation necks in forming technology there were formulated description of given methods, summary of methods spreading of deformation necks on the surface of half-finished products, their assets and use in practice. Then there are conspectus of computer simulation, which is used so to evaluation of deformation and transformation, its advantages and disadvantages in practice.
