Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for its Improvement

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the financial situation of the company and suggestions for its improvement. This was done on the basis of a financial and strategic analysis, which I processed from 2016-2020. In the theoretical part, I generally described the financial analysis in the individual chapters, the work also explains the financial indicators, including the basic formulas for its compilation. In the analytical part, I introduced the company PRAMOS, a.s. and applied basic financial indicators to it. According to them, I also evaluated the financial situation. The last part contains suggestions for improving the overall condition of the company.

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on evaluation of selected company’s (Ireks Enzyma, s.r.o.) financial situation during five years - between 2016 and 2020. This thesis is compartmented into three sections: the first one represents theoretical knowledge (such as explanation of the financial analysis indicators) which is then practically used in the next part of the thesis – this (second) part utilises financial statements of the company and indicators calculated from it. In the last, third, part of the bachelor’s thesis, an analysis of both internal and external surroundings of the company is performed - using SWOT, PESTEL and Porter analysis. Last but not least, the thesis is accomplished by a comprehensive financial analysis evaluation of the company Ireks Enzyma, s.r.o., provided with some suggestions of detected deficiencies improvement.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Brazzale Moravia a.s. for the period 2016 to 2020 and puts forward proposals for its improvement. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part contains a theoretical page, which serves to clarify the basic concepts and selected indicators. The second part is the practical part, where the knowledge from the theoretical part is applied to the selected company. The final part od the work is devoted to proposals to improve the financial situation of the company, which result from the results of the second part of the work.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company SEEIF Ceramic, a.s. during the period between years of 2016 and 2020. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part clarifies the basic concepts and selected methods of financial analysis, which are necessary for its proper elaboration. The practical part contains the characteristics of the company and applies individual indicators to the analyzed company. The conclusion of the work presents own proposals to improve the situation of the company.

This bachelor's thesis discusses the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Automotive Spare Parts s.r.o. in 2016-2020 and proposals for its improvement. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one is theoretical part containing defined theoretical terms and their formulas. The second is practical part focusing on the analysis of company's current situation and evalutaion of its outer and inner surrounding. The last part includes own proposition for the improvement of the company's financial situation.

The master’s thesis deals with the estimation of the value of the firm using the income capitalization approach, namely the discounted cash flow method and economic value added. The theoretical background is contained in the theoretical part of the thesis. This section is followed by the practical part, in which a strategic and financial analysis, a prognosis of the value drivers, a financial plan, the cost of capital, and finally the valuation of the company itself are carried out.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The master’s thesis is focused on a draft of a corporate financial plan. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part of this thesis deals with a theoretical background related to financial planning, strategic analysis and financial analysis. In the second part, a strategic and financial analysis are compiled for a chosen company This is followed by a draft of the corporate financial plan in an optimistic and pessimistic version. In the end the financial plan is subsequently evaluated.
