Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace podniku a návrhy na její zlepšení. Toto bylo provedeno na základě finanční a strategické analýzy, kterou jsem zpracovávala z let 2016-2020. V teoretické části jsem v jednotlivých kapitolách obecně popsala finanční analýzu, v práci jsou dále vysvětleny finanční ukazatele zahrnující základní vzorce pro její sestavení. V části analytické jsem představila společnost PRAMOS, a.s. a aplikovala na ni základní finanční ukazatele. Dále jsem podle nich vyhodnotila finanční situaci. Poslední část obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení celkového stavu společnosti. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the financial situation of the company and suggestions for its improvement. This was done on the basis of a financial and strategic analysis, which I processed from 2016-2020. In the theoretical part, I generally described the financial analysis in the individual chapters, the work also explains the financial indicators, including the basic formulas for its compilation. In the analytical part, I introduced the company PRAMOS, a.s. and applied basic financial indicators to it. According to them, I also evaluated the financial situation. The last part contains suggestions for improving the overall condition of the company.
