The study and conceptual designs of automotive trailers

The goal of this Bachelor´s thesis was to carry out a study of automotive semitrailers. The first part is about legal standards, requirements and restrictions. The thesis follows with a description of particular parts of semitrailers´ constructions. The next part is about analysis of different types of constructions of automotive semitrailers´ chassis, description of these types and their suitability for the given kind of transport. The thesis also deals with a methodology of selection of an appropriate type of trailer´s construction.
Handling equipment for a car workshop

The aim of this work is the conceptual design of a scissor lift for passenger cars accompanied by functional and strength calculations. The main parameters for the design are a load capacity of 3000 kg and a lift height of 1700 mm. The work also contains a brief analysis of commercially available car lifts, design of the drive and safety device. Drawing documentation of selected parts is also included.
The cleaning equipment for skid steer loader

This bachelor’s thesis contains structural design and strength calculation of clearing equipment for skid steer loader. This device is used for cleaning of the public and parking area, sidewalks, roads and industrial buildings. According selected loaders are designed dimensions individual parts of machine with an emphasis on the initial terms of reference. The thesis includes drawing of design documentation of cleaning equipment.
Belt conveyor for a coarse fraction of cement

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the handling of bulk materials in the cement production, on the line from the air separator into the cement mills . The aim of this thesis is engineering design of horizontal belt conveyor, transporting the coarse fraction of cement. Input data was defined by company Cemmac a.s. follows: – transported quantity of 120 000 kg.h-1 – speed of transported material 1 ms-1 – Total length of the conveyor 30 m According to CSN ISO 5048 , I suggested various elements of the conveyor. The selected part of drawings are join to this bachelors thesis.
The engine unit of a skid steer loader

This bachelor thesis deals with building skid steer loaders and problems of designing its engine unit. In the first section of this thesis there is a description of construction solution for loader and parameters comparison research of fifteen machines within same power category given by thesis requirements. The second section of thesis copes with design calculation of engine power unit, resulting from comparison of required power for individual working states which represents a sum of all power requirements of the machine for given working state. In the third section, the engine unit, which corresponds to the parameters design from the second section, is chosen from manufacture catalogues.
Trailer for EURO palette

Project detaily decsribe design of trailer construction which utilized gravitational roller way. Firstly we are going to focuse at determination of main proportion and later on at the construction of each single part ( frame, roller way and rear mechanism). All parts of the trailer have their own technological plan and project also includes 3D models of them. Obvious part of the project documentation is also functional counting where is determined named velocity euro-palett slide on roller way and fixity counting at once.
Analysis of working mechanisms equipment of loaders and tractors for use in municipal services

This bachelor dessertation is a review and analysis of complinental work equipment in municipal service. The thesis is primary concerned about smaller loaders and tractors in use of cleaning public areas and roads in summer and winter seasons. As a part of this dessertation is also review and comparison of snow plows, snow cutters and sweepers, concidering their mechanical principles, technical parameters and operational properties. This informations help with assumption for next development. In conclusion, this is a comparison of differences, wether complinental work equipment are meant for loader or tractor.
Machinery frame for rewinding electric cable

The topic of this thesis is a frame of rewind device of the electric cabels. The main aim is the analysis of the load conditions of the frame and defining figures for those conditions. The method of final elements will be used to check the firmness of the frame followed by the analysis of the particular results. Drawing documentation of the frame set and other parts according to the instructions of head of this thesis are also components of this thesis.
Belt Conveyor for a bulk material

This bachelor thesis deals with construction design of belt conveyor, which is part of woodworking chipper line. The main task is design height adjustable and folding belt conveyor for transporting wood chips and the slope of transport is to 45°, traffic performance of 7000 kgh-1 and 6 m length of the conveyor. The thesis includes a search report of angled belt conveyors, next function calculation of belt conveyor according to norm ČSN ISO 5048, design of drives derived from the tractor, strength calculation of driven drum, frame construction and control calculation of tensioning devices. The work is accompanied by required drawing documentation.

The aim of this work was the distribution of type of loader cranes. The paper gives a breakdown of loading cranes, depending on technical parameters, design layout, assembly of the vehicle, type of control and on the type of stabilizers.
