Ergotherapy for pupils in the pracitcal classes

Bachelor Work called Ergotherapy for pupils in the practical classes looks into possibilities of using ergotherapy to the individual's development of social skills through games and handcrafts aktivity in practical classes pupils diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities and behavioral and sociocultural disadvantage pupils. The goal of work is to design an ergotherapy program for the pupils of practical classes, and demonstrate meaningfulness of using of ergotherapy for the development of social skills and checking its success through research methods of direct work with pupils and observation. The research results show improvements these pupils in the desired area.

The most frequent problems in the Five P Programme from the coordinators'point of view

This is a theoretical-analytical thesis which focuses on problematic features of the Five P Programme. On the basis of practical information received from the coordinators the thesis gives details about the current Five P situation and its most frequent problems including suggestions of their solution. In the theoretical part there are important information about volunteering, Five P programme, coordinator's activities, the law about voluntary service as well as the posibility to have the programme Five P registered as a social service. The theoretical part results in the statement of hypothesis about which problems can cause worries in the coordinators' work. In the empirical part, the thesis concentrates on problems from the coordinators' point of view, their own practical experience. All the organization running the Five P Programme in the Czech Republic were asked for cooperation on this topic. I strongly believe that my thesis The most frequent problems in the Five P Programme from the coordinators' point of view can help to improve qualitative development both the programme itself and the organizations which run it.

A minor as debtor in proceedings to enforce judgment (by judicial officers or private enforcement agents)

This Master's thesis describes the position of a minor debtor in enforcement proceedings. The aim of this thesis it to, first, provide with a complex summary of the issue, concerning primarily topical questions which are discussed by experts in connection with childrens' indebbtedness, and second, to further identify the key drawbacks regarding the enforcement proceedings against minor debtors, with an offer for a solution. The thesis is subdivided into two parts. In the first part, there is the notion of a minor defined - for the purposes of this text, a minor is a person who is younger than eighteen years old and, concurrently, who was not emancipated by a court. The following chapters describe the protection of a minor in the legal system in general, where there are principles of best interest of a child and the right of a child to be respected in their opinion described. Further, the procedural protection of a minor is discussed, concerning primarily the procedural specifics of trials where a minor is a party to the case, including enforcement proceedings. Proper representation of a minor and provision of information to minors is emphasized within the chapter. Proposal to Improve the Incentive System and Rewarding of Employees in the Selected Company

This Bachelor´s thesis occupies with the proposal of the improvement of the motivation system and the remuneration of the employees in the representative company. In the theoretical part I am concerned with the theory of the motivation, incentive attitudes, stimulations and last but not least the remuneration of the employees. In the practical part thanks to the questionnaire survey I find out the current state of the satisfaction of the local employees with the motivation, reward system and the employee benefits. I propose the potential dealing with the imperfections.

Risk of stationary sources associated with valuation of environmental damage

The problems with the environmental damage valuation which are caused by the stationary sources belong to the important issues to be solved. Due to the heavy industrial activity in the Czech Republic it is important to pay attention to the possible risks which can emerge from these sources and can impact the environment and the health condition of people. The thesis deals with the analysis of the present state of this problem. The analysis of the risks which come from the specific situation is made on its basis. The goal of this thesis is to propose the general procedure of the valuation of the incurred damage on the environment and the minimization of the risks.
