The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the system of remuneration in a company Eclipse Print a.s. It is based on a questionnaire survey to consider the satisfaction of employee with this system. The theoretical part defines evaluation of the work, the salary forms, the employee benefits and their impact on the taxes. The practical part consists of characterizing the company and its remuneration system. Also, includes an analyse of remuneration system and employee satisfaction. At the end of thesis are analysed the results and suggestions for improvements, which could help optimize the shortcomings in a company.
Recruitment methods of IT workers in the company CN Group CZ s.r.o.

The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate individual stages based on the analysis of processes in recruitment methods for the company CN Group CZ. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part of the thesis highlights basic terminology and general information related to problems of processes. Practical parts describe the company CN GROUP CZ and the focus on process in recruitment methods for IT employees, which are currently used. At the last part, strengths and weaknesses of processes in recruitment methods are evaluated to recommend optimal solutions. Analysis and evaluation are based primarily on internal documents and interview with the main CN Group CZ recruiter.
Recruitment process in an international company

The goal of the thesis Recruitment process in an international company is to analyze processes such as recruitment and selection of employees at Continental Trutnov and to describe the strenghts and weaknesses and to propose actions which could improve the above mentioned HR activities. The theoretical part of the thesis deals generally with personnel management. Furthemore, this part also explains recruitment and selection of employees and it also describes theoretically the process of adaption of employees. In the practical part of thesis, how recruitment and selection of employees proceed in Continental. In practical part, the survey with topic Satisfaction with recruitment and adaptation process was conducted. Several optimization steps were proposed based on the results of this employee survey, which could improve the recruitment and adaptation process.
Positive and negative motivation in IT startups

This work's main purpose is to clarify the reasons for selected IT startup leaders to use motivational factors. It also explores which interpersonal relationships exist at the given workplaces. Finally, it identifies which support resources help interpersonal relationships in the organization. The theoretical part deals with selected positive and negative motivational factors, which can usually be encountered at startups and normally in the workplace. It defines basic terms such as positive and negative motivation. Also mentioned are the pitfalls of very widely used motivational tools such as motivation, financial reward, or punishment based on available scientific studies.

The theoretical part focuses on introduction of the modern educational and development methodologies, explains the specifics of the IT sector and specifics related to the employment in this industry. The practical part analyses CertiCons educational system and suggests innovations and changes based on the stakeholders requirements.
Employer Branding of IT companies in the Czech Republic

The aim of the master thesis is to identify and evaluate the most appropriate and effective tools to build employer brand both externally and among employees. The theoretical part is focused on a brand theory and a concept of employer branding which, based on the labor market development not only in the Czech Republic, becomes more relevant. The methodology of the thesis consists of an analysis of the relevant scientific literature and an analysis the good practice of two selected technology companies in the Czech Republic that meet defined criteria. In the practical part a questionnaire was conducted in order to explore the perception of the employer brand among the IT public. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to summarizing the theoretical and practical knowledge into a guide that provides important insights for IT start-up companies when building an employer brand.
Analysis of factors of occupational motivation

The bachelor thesis is focused on factors of motivation. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the working factors that most affect individuals between the ages of 20 and 30 who are just entering the labour market and looking for their application in the international environment. The analysis is divided into two parts. In the first part, the questionnaire survey determines the most important factors of motivation for the target group. The second part, based on an in-depth interview with the owner of Czech-us company, analyses the way of motivating the employees in the company. Based on a comparison of the results of the questionnaire survey and the in-depth interview, proposals and recommendations will be formulated to improve employee motivation in the company.
Analysis of the education system in the specific company

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze and evaluate the employee training system in an auditing company operating on the Czech market. The thesis starts with a theoretical part, which provides basic definitions and description of educational strategies, the process of employee training as well as different training methods. The practical part contains the description of the company and the analysis of its education system and training methods. The main focus of this work lies on technical training, typical of this type of company, and on the area of soft skills education and revitalization of its concept. The analysis includes recommendations for adjustments and improvements of the educational process as a whole or of some of its parts.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the importance of work-life balance, which means balance between work and life. The aim of this thesis is to find out current status of satisfaction with work-life balance for students of universities. In the theoretical part is explained the concept of work-life balance and another concepts related to this topic. The focus is drawn on four individual parts of human life, where people must be able to allocate their time. The practical part is devoted to characteristics of current students in general. Then a research is conducted on survey. The respondents are the current students of universities in Czech republic. Based on the research an evaluation of results is find out and a solution is proposed in order to further adjust the conditions for improvement of work, life and study balance for these students.

The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyse personnel activity in selected company, then to evaluate this activity and identify strengths and weaknesses and finally to point out the problem areas and suggest recommendation for optimization. The theoretical part is based on literature. It focuses and describes selected personnel activities, which are solved in the practical part. The practical part contains an analysis of personnel activity in selected company which is based on information provided by store manager of mentioned company. In the last part of Bachelor´s Thesis there is evaluation of personnel activities in the company XY and there are also suggestions for improvement or optimization.
