Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza systému odměňování ve firmě Eclipse Print a.s. a na základě dotazníkového šetření posoudit spokojenost zaměstnanců s tímto systémem. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá hodnocením práce zaměstnanců, mzdovými formami a vlivem zaměstnaneckých výhod na daňový režim. Praktická část obsahuje představení a následnou analýzu současného systému odměňování společnosti Eclipse Print a.s. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány výsledky analýzy a návrhy na zlepšení systému, které by mohly pomoci optimalizovat nedostatky ve společnosti. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the system of remuneration in a company Eclipse Print a.s. It is based on a questionnaire survey to consider the satisfaction of employee with this system. The theoretical part defines evaluation of the work, the salary forms, the employee benefits and their impact on the taxes. The practical part consists of characterizing the company and its remuneration system. Also, includes an analyse of remuneration system and employee satisfaction. At the end of thesis are analysed the results and suggestions for improvements, which could help optimize the shortcomings in a company.
