Family house with an establishment

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to deal with a proposal of family house with a moto-service establishment. The project is located on the land in the village Radslavice near the city Vyskov. It is two-storey partly basement house, which is connected with the motor-service establishment on the north side. Both objects form one building unit. Detached house is designed for permanent living of 4-5 family members, where the first floor is designed as a communicative zone and the second floor as a resting zone. There are a technical room and a garage on the underground floor. Peripheral walls are planned to be made from burnt bricks for accurate brickwork Porotherm of 500 mm thickness with a laine mineral isolation. The ceiling construction is from semi-mounted constructions Porotherm or monolithic reinforced concrete constructions. The project documentation is done according to the Decree number 499/2006, as an implementing documentation including fire safety solution, thermal technical assessment and building physics.
Apartment building

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a new-build block of flats in Koprivnice. The house has two above-ground floors and is partly with a cellar. The object is located in a built-up area of family houses on an almost flat terrain in the town periphery. One housing unit in the second above-ground floor has a terrace connected with a living room. Bearing outside walls are in the above-ground floors made up from Porotherm brick blocks and in the underground floors made up from BUILD IN concrete blocks. The ceiling construction of the building is made up of folded ceramic-concrete ceiling with Miako inserts. The roof is single coated, flat with hydroisolation from asphalt belts. A parking space for the tenants is projected in front of the building.
Apartment building Tvarožná

Bachelor´s thesis is focused a project of a new apartment building in Tvarožná on plot no. 216 and it contains the complete documentacuion for the execution of the project. This building is situated in the South Moravian region. The plot is flat and its area is 3757 m2 . The building has three above-groud floors. It is founded on a strip foundation and pads, and is coverded by a single-shell flat roof. The vertical constructions are designed from the Porotherm construction system. The perimeter structures are complemented by a contact insulation system according to the ETICS principles. The ceiling construction is made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. There are eight houding unit in the apartment building. Eache houding unit has a terrace or a balcony. The drawings were processed in a computer program AutoCAD.

The aim of the bachelor´s work is a composition of project documentation for the construction building of apartment building. The object is situated on the cadastral area of Hrotovice on plot number 278. The apartment building is designed as separated, three storeys, flat roof building withnout basement. There are six apartment units in total, from witch one is deisgned for people with movement disabilities. To each apartment unit belong one basement cellar. There are two garages, first with five parking palaces, second with one parking place for people with movement disabilities. The building on foundation strips. The construction system of the object is wall system. Extrenal walls are made od Porotherm brick blocks with thermal insulation from expanded polystyrene. The inside vertical load-bearing contructions are made od acoustic brick blocks with mortar pockets. The horizontal load-bearing constructions are made of reinforced concrete slabs. The building is roofed with single layer flat roof.
The flat building in Znojmo

The bachelor thesis deals with proposal of the new flat building. The flat building is located in the edge part of Znojmo. The building is situated in built-up area, intended for housing. The building is solved as detached house in the flat terrain. This is a three-storey building without cellar, which is finished by warm flat roof. On the ground floor there is a garage, a common spaces and a utility room. On the first and second floor there is four dwelling units, which are identical layout. There are flats 3+1. The building is based on foundation strips from concrete strip footing and is made by the building system Porotherm.

The object is situated on the cadastral area of Viničné Šumice on plot number 1912/21. The apartment building is designed as separated, three storeys, flat roof building without basement. There are eleven apartment units in total, from which one is designed for people with movement disabilities. To each apartment unit belong one basement cellar and part of a garden. There are two separated parking areas with thirteen parking places in total. The building stands on foundation strips. The construction system of the object is wall system. External walls are made of Porotherm brick blocks with thermal insulation from expanded polystyrene. The inside vertical load-bearing constructions are made of acoustic brick blocks with mortar pockets. The horizontal load-bearing constructions are made of reinforced concrete slabs. The building is roofed with single layer flat roof.
The block of flats in Milotice nad Bečvou

This bachelor thesis concern project of apartment building in Milotice nad Bečvou. It is an individually standing object on a flat terrain. The object of the apartment building has three over-ground and one underground floor. The object consists of six dwelling units and one gym. On the first over-ground floor there are two flats, on the second over-ground floor there are two flats and on the third over-ground floor there are also two flats. On the underground floor there are one gym. The building is designed of structural system of ceramic blocks and partly permanent formwork. The ceilings are from prefabricated ceramics system and partly reinforced concrete and the roof is designed as a mono-pitched with roof truss. The work includes project documentation for the construction.

THE BUILDING IS DESIGNED FROM THE SYSTEM POROTHERM. THE CEILING STRUCTURE IS MADE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE CEILING. FLOOR PLAN IS RECTANGULAR. ROOF STRUCTURE IS DESIGNED AS A WARM FLAT ROOF.

The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is an elaboration of documentation for construction of an apartment house in Brno, district of Brno-Sadová. This is a detached building on a slightly sloping ground with three floors above ground and one underground floor with 10 residential units. The basement floor is designed from forged blocks a lost shuttering. Ground floor consists of a design system of ceramic bricks. Ceiling construction are monolithic reinforced concrete and building roofing is solved by warm flat roof
Disabled accessible detached house

I present a barrier-free detached house with one subterranean floor and ground floor. There are a garage, a vestibule, a toilet, a study, a living room a dining room and kitchen inside. The rest part of the house includes rooms, a bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet. You can find a utility room, a playroom, a rehabilitation room and a storage in the subterranean part of the house. Since it is a barrier-free house, a basement and ground floor are connected by a lift. The entrance to the terrace is also designed for disabled people, e. g. wheelchair users should not have problem to get there.
