Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby bytového domu v obci Tvarožná na parcelním čísle 216 a obsahuje kompletní dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. Objekt je situován na území Jihomoravského kraje. Pozemek je rovinný a jeho celková výměra je 3757 m2. Budova má tři nadzemní podlaží. Objekt je založen na základových pásech a zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy z konstrukčního systému Porotherm. Obvodové konstrukce jsou doplněny kontaktním zateplovacím systémem dle zásad ETICS. Stropní konstrukce jsou monolitické železobetonové desky. V bytovém domě je 8 bytových jednotek. Každá bytová jednotka má terasu nebo balkón. Výkresová část byla zpracována v programu AutoCAD. Bachelor´s thesis is focused a project of a new apartment building in Tvarožná on plot no. 216 and it contains the complete documentacuion for the execution of the project. This building is situated in the South Moravian region. The plot is flat and its area is 3757 m2 . The building has three above-groud floors. It is founded on a strip foundation and pads, and is coverded by a single-shell flat roof. The vertical constructions are designed from the Porotherm construction system. The perimeter structures are complemented by a contact insulation system according to the ETICS principles. The ceiling construction is made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. There are eight houding unit in the apartment building. Eache houding unit has a terrace or a balcony. The drawings were processed in a computer program AutoCAD.
