The objective of the thesis is to estimate value of Rodinný pivovar BERNARD a.s. as to the date of 31st December 2011. The thesis consists of two parts theoretical and application. The theoretical part describes applied methods and approaches while the application part includes company profile, strategic analysis, financial analysis, value drivers prognosis, financial planning and final valuation. The company is valued using the DCF Entity method.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of equity of the company Rodinný pivovar BERNARD a.s as of July 31st, 2012. To assess the value of the company the DCF Entity approach is used. The thesis itself is divided into two separate parts. The first contains the theoretical basis for company valuation and general description of methods and procedures that are used. The second part introduces the business, analyses its relevant market and macro environment and sets the prognosis for its future development. This prognosis is essential to set up a financial plan which is then used to determine the value of the company for its owners. The final supplementary chapter describes the possibilities of using Monte Carlo simulation as an extension to the classical methods of company valuation.

Comparative analysis of investment possibilities in Czech Republic and in Russian Federation

Nowdays, exists a possibility to invest not only in the domestic country but also in foreign countries. The main goal of this thesis is to undertake the comparative analysis of investment possibilities of natural persons in savings accounts and mutual funds in Czech Republic and Russian Federation, both from the perspective of domestic investors, as well as from perspective of foreign investors. For each country I will introduce summary of legislative aspects. Afterwards, I will introduce the list of the top five accounts and funds for each country, which have adequate liquidity and risk level. Also I will take into consideration such important aspects as exchange rate and inflation. The Convention for the avoidance of double taxation between Czech Republic and Russian Federation will be analyzed as well.

The aim of this thesis is to judge of financial health of company Rodinný pivovar BERNARD, a.s. in period of years 2006 -- 2010. For this analysis were used ratios, analysis of bankrupt models, pyramidal decomposition of ROE and comparison intercompany to determine firms strenghts and weaknesses and make recomendations to improve companys condition. Financial analysis is elaborated for external user from data of annual reports.

Financial analysis of wine-making cooperative Templar Wine Cellars of Čejkovice

Objective of this thesis is to evaluate financial health of wine-making cooparative Templar Wine Cellars of Čejkovice over the years 2006 -- 2011 at least 5 consecutive years. Theoretical part describes the purpose of financial analysis along with methods that I apply in practical part (absolute indicators, balance sheet rules, net working capital, Du Pont analysis, value and bankruptcy models, economic value added). In practical part, apart from the applications of the described metods is wine-making cooparative Templar Wine Cellars of Čejkovice also compared with the industry.

The valuation of the company Vinselekt Michlovský a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company Vinselekt Michlovský a.s. to date of 1st May, 2011 for the purpose of the purchase by an unknown investor. The first part of the valuation process is focused on the strategic analysis of wine market in the Czech Republic including the identification of all the factors affecting the above mentioned market. The financial stability and business performance were assessed through the financial analysis and its outcome led to confirmation of the principle of going concern resulting in choice of some of income aproaches for the company evaluation. In order to estimate the weighted average cost of capital, that is required to discount the future returns, an iterative process optimizing the capital structure was used. In the conclusion of the thesis the market value of the company was determined using DCF Entity method.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to estimate the value of the Brisk, a.s. company operating in the automotive industry (analysis is valid for the date of 30st June 2012). The yield method used for the analysis is DFC in the entity variant. The value of the company is to be stated for the aim of a potential purchase. The thesis is devided into two main parts. The theoretical part determines basic estimation criteria, the practical part includes strategic and financial analysis and a financial plan.

The Financial Analysis of the Company Alibona, a. s.

The topic of my Bachelor Thesis is "The Financial Analysis of the Company Alibona, a. s.". The main objective of the thesis is to assess the financial situation from the creditors' point of view. In the theoretical part I explain the key terms concerning the financial analysis and describe the methods subsequently used in the practical analysis of the company. Those are the horizontal and the vertical analysis, the balance optimization, the ratio analysis, the difference analysis, the DuPont analysis, the creditworthy and the bankruptcy models, the intercompany comparison and the economic value added. The results of those analyses are summarized in at the end of the thesis.
