Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty vlastního kapitálu společnosti Rodinný pivovar BERNARD a.s. k datu 31.7.2012. Pro stanovení hodnoty je využita metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků ve variantě DCF entity. Práce je rozdělena do dvou samostatných částí. První obsahuje teoretická východiska pro oceňování podniků a obecný popis metod a postupů, které jsou pro ocenění použity. Ve druhé části je nejprve představen oceňovaný podnik, provedena analýza makroprostředí a relevantního trhu a stanovena prognóza dalšího vývoje. Na základě této prognózy je potom sestaven finanční plán, s jehož pomocí je určena výsledná hodnota podniku pro jeho vlastníky. Závěrečná doplňková kapitola popisuje možnosti využití simulace Monte Carlo jako rozšíření klasického přístupu k oceňování podniků. The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of equity of the company Rodinný pivovar BERNARD a.s as of July 31st, 2012. To assess the value of the company the DCF Entity approach is used. The thesis itself is divided into two separate parts. The first contains the theoretical basis for company valuation and general description of methods and procedures that are used. The second part introduces the business, analyses its relevant market and macro environment and sets the prognosis for its future development. This prognosis is essential to set up a financial plan which is then used to determine the value of the company for its owners. The final supplementary chapter describes the possibilities of using Monte Carlo simulation as an extension to the classical methods of company valuation.
