Diplomová práca sa zaoberá stanovením odhadu tržnej hodnoty spoločnosti Mlékárna Hlinsko, s.r.o. k 31.12.2010 a to pomocou výnosovej metódy DCF Entity. Pre tento účel je vykonaná finančná a strategická analýza, analýza a prognóza generátorov hodnoty a je zostavený finančný plán. Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením odhadu tržní hodnoty společnosti Mlékárna Hlinsko, s.r.o. k 31.12.2010 a to za pomoci výnosové metody DCF Entity. Pro tento účel je provedena finanční a strategická analýza, analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty a je sestaven finanční plán. The aim of the thesis is an estimation of the market value of the company Mlékárna Hlinsko, s.r.o. as of 31st December 2010, using the DCF Entity method. For this purpose, the financial and the strategic analyses and a prognosis of the value generators were performed, followed by a financial plan.
