Cílem mé diplomové práce je odhalení reálného obrazu hospodaření podniku Colorlak, a.s. z pohledu externího pozorovatele a návrh na odstranění případných zjištěných nedostatků v hospodaření. Pro tyto účely bude zpracována podrobná finanční analýza se zaměřením především na poměrové ukazatele a na ukazatel tvorby přidané hodnoty. Velký důraz bude kladen na srovnání podniku s konkurenčními podniky v odvětví. The purpose of this thesis is to find real picture of the company's economy from the view of the external observer and eventually to make suggestion for eliminating founded deficiencies. For this purposes the detailed financial analysis with the focus on ratio indexes and EVA indicator will be performed. The great emphasis will be devoted to the intercompany comparison.
