Internet application for support of health device services
Mezek, Jan ; Dvořák, Miroslav (referee) ; Fedra, Petr (advisor)
The goal of my bachelor thesis is to study and describe the structure of medical services in hospitals. Design the register of medical devices and create database for this medical devices, which will be access from web application. In this context, a briefly description of the state health care system in the Czech Republic. Describe the function of bussiness and technical departments in the hospital, which is in charge of medical services and related activities. Indicate the types of hospital information systems used in the Czech reupublic and describe one of them. Classify particular types of medical equipment, various types of service requirements for medical devices. At this end, I acquainted with the hospital information system CLINICOM and propose the CACHE database environment - an Internet application service, where will be registered the medical devices. Analyze the application and service performance based on a database of medical devices. In the last part of my work I will describe the implemented web application service and data security on the public internet. Finally, I evaluate the functionality of the service applications for hospitals, describe the advantages and disadvantages.
Disk Drive Based on FLASH Memory
Dvořák, Miroslav ; Strnadel, Josef (referee) ; Šimek, Václav (advisor)
The work deals with flash technology, the history of its development, current application of this technology and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of flash memories. It describes the integration of flash technology into mass storage devices and commonly used mechanisms that suppress the flash shortcomings for such application. The next part of the work focuses on analysis of commonly used buses for flash storage devices. Based on these theoretical foundations, text presents way to develop own flash based disk. The work focuses mainly on finding the most accessible platform for connecting the disk to personal computers - USB, on PCB design for storage module in Eagle CAD and implementation of necessary firmware for MCU and VHDL design for FPGA, that provide the disk functionality. At the end the work summarizes the results and outlines the way of further development.

Followed by implementation of database access via web interface CLINICOM CSP (Caché Server Pages).
Data standard of the health information systems
Krátká, Lucie ; Dvořák, Miroslav (referee) ; Fedra, Petr (advisor)
This work attempts at exploring the data standard of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic and the possibilities of access to the hospital information system CLINICOM. At the beginning basic information about data standards in the health care, international classification of diseases and diagnosis related groups are described. The next part is focused at the database platform Caché and possibilities of word wide web access into the system via Caché server pages. Then it describes valid legislature for nation medicine registries and for mandatory reports to the Nation Medicine Registry of Inpatients. In the end of work it describes the realized program in Cache server pages for on-line data message reports about anonym patients into the National Registry of Inpatients. Patients are sort in agreement with time period and diagnosis related groups. Program utility and Internet data transfer security are discussed.
Real Estate and Related Judicature
Dvořák, Miroslav ; Valdhans,, Jiří (referee) ; Telec, Ivo (advisor)
The thesis maps the decision-making practice of courts in real estate cases and related areas. Judicial decisions are organized in logical parts and there was an effort to provide an overall and comprehensive overview of the opinions held by courts on the individual legal questions arising in real estate cases and thus define the most frequent causes of the disputes and their subject-matters. Explicated in the light of the decisions rendered by the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic and the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic, or even the findings of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, are judiciary’s attitudes to the basic principles of real estate agency and real estate activity in general, as well as to relating legal questions, with special regard to the contracts usually entered into in real estate practice, primarily agency contracts and mediated contracts. So far, case-law of this kind has not been comprehensively studied, despite the fact that there still are uncertainties regarding both the real estate legislation and the approach to resolution of real estate cases, as well as ensuing typical contractual obligational relations between parties on the real estate market. This is also the reason why this particular topic was chosen for the thesis. Based on the coverage and a thorough analysis of the judicial decisions at issue a conclusion is made that decision-making practice has already stabilized in some real estate areas and these decisions are used as basis in future cases. Nevertheless, there still are some legal questions which have not yet been tackled by courts or conflicting judicial decisions, which may even be rendered in the most essential and fundamental issues of real estate activity. This is partly due to the fact that the real estate market is still a relatively young business field and partly due to missing or inadequate legislation which is to provide for real estate activity, including real estate agency.
Data standard of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic
Homola, Rudolf ; Dvořák, Miroslav (referee) ; Fedra, Petr (advisor)
This work attempts at exploring the data standard of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic and the possibility of access to NIS Clinicom. The chronology of changes in the block structure and data description has been described. The web acces to NIS Clinicom has been designed and put into effect by means of CSP which can be used to generate data messages concerning patients with a selected infectious diagnosis corresponding with the compulsory report to the National Medical Information System.

Data Standard of the Health Information Systems
Holub, Martin ; Dvořák, Miroslav (referee) ; Fedra, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis "Data Standard of the Health Information Systems" deals with the structure of data standard including XML language. Further the thesis is focusing on hospital information system CLINICOM with the inclusion of the access to data records from its database Caché company InterSystems. Description of the National registers of health is also included. The concept of web application is also one part of the thesis which enables to generate reports in the data standard of the Ministry of Healt of the Czech Republic for mandatory reporting by NHIS registers in the time interval from the Caché database. Statistic data in the hospital information system
Velička, Tomáš ; Dvořák, Miroslav (referee) ; Fedra, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this work was the evaluation of some statistic indicators from the data obtained from the Health Informatic System Clinicom. The data used in this informatic system are administrated by the database system Caché. The data from the database which is administrated by Departement of Biomedical Engineering in Brno, have been also used. Data mentioned in this work were mined from the database by SQL queries. The statistic indicators obtained this way were needed to be presented on internet. The user interface for this presentation was designed and realized in programming language CSP. The resulting statistic indicators were split up into 3 basic groups: Hospitalization, Mandatory reporting and Medicament requirement. Besides the statistic indicators some pacients‘ data and the graphs of results are shown in the user interface. The part which has also been used in this work is the concept of the online form for reporting of cancers.
