Analysis of cooperation with employment offices with recruitment (FOXCONN CZ s.r.o. - production branch in Kutná Hora)

First part of thesis describes the theoretical basis of theme. The first section relates to legislative regulation of employment area including its development from 2004. The second chapter attends to cooperation possibilities of employers and employment offices. Second part of thesis concentrates on analysis of situation of particular employer - FOXCONN CZ company. The first section of this part describes the company in light of its history, positions and present cooperation with employment offices. The second section characterizes situation on regional employment market including history of local employment office and interview with its employees. The last chapter contains the particulat analysis of present cooperation methods with employment offices, economical view on this problem and final recommendations.

The application of personnel marketing in business practice should be based on good knowledge of potential employees' interests and expectations. Analyze of working satisfaction

The aim of thesis was summed up the basic theoretical knowledge, to identify the fundamental factors of working satisfaction, to analyze working satisfaction to identify the factors of working satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Based on the results of research propose new measures how to improve dissatisfaction. In this thesis was used a questionnaire survey and structured interviews. A questionnaire was used for technical-economic employees and workers. Structured interviews were conducted with five top managers. Respondents were asked about satisfaction with the content of work, remuneration, promotion of personal development and career growth, the human relations and working conditions. In conclusion they were asked about their relation to the company in which they work.

Nevyužívá-li firma dostatečně potenciálu svých lidí, neumí-li jej cíleně rozvíjet, ztrácí nejen na výkonnosti a konkurenceshopnosti, ale i na jejich motivaci. I made literary research in theoretical part, which is connected with this theme. I have shortly describe company and its education structure. Last part is focused on education of technicians. I described there analysis of education needs, aims of education, course form and adopted method for measuring effectiveness. Part of this theses is questionare investigation, which should clear up, if employees use learned knowledge in practice. Last chapter include evaluation process proposal, which include recommendations.

Práce se zabývá teorií systému odměňování zaměstnanců, konkrétně zaměstnaneckými výhodami, jejich dopady na zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance. V práci jsou popsány nejčastěji poskytované benefity v ČR. Praktická část analyzuje systém zaměstnaneckých výhod podniku Flídr plast s.r.o., vyjmenovává například nejvyužívanější benefity a ty, které jsou pracovníky postrádány.
