Automatic application system of protecting corners of palletized materials
Havelka, Michal ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The diploma thesis is about the design of an automatic application system of edge protection corners to palletized material. As the first the diploma thesis briefly discusses actual principles and solutions in area of palletization. After that, there are 4 potential solutions described and measured by multicriteria evaluation method where the most suitable solution is being chosen. Then the actual act of designing of the chosen solution is described and also there are solved necessary calculations. In the end there is risk analysis of new workplace and the drawing documentation of selected nodes is attached. The diploma thesis’ assignment has been made in cooperation with company PHATEC s.r.o. in Litomyšl.
Design of dedicated manipulator for automatic tool change with the three cam generator duty cycle
Bláha, Pavel ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of a single-purpose manipulator for automatic tool changing with a three-cams generator of the working cycle. At the beginning of the paper, general background information about tool trays and manipulators for the change of tools is briefly described. The scheme of the kinematic manipulator is proposed in this work as well. The thesis also includes the calculation of the shapes of the grooves in the cams. The result of this work is the design of the manipulator, including an animation of tool changing.
A design of pneumatic stationary chuck
Hurtík, Daniel ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
This Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the construction of a pneumatic stationary chuck, but it also mentions something in the field of workpiece clamping and machine vices for rotating workpieces. The first part contains a brief search in the field of clamping, which focuses mainly on the clamping of rotating parts. The next chapter focuses on possible solutions that would meet our requirements. The main components of the chuck are then calculated and designed so that subsequent construction can be performed in any CAD software, which is the content of the next chapter. Finally, some requirements for chuck operation are summarized.
Planar blade sharpening machine
Kracík, Lukáš ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to construct a planar blade sharpening machine. Limitation of the design is maximal length of planar blade, 350 mm. First it is necessary to describe method of wood planing and used planers machines. Subsequent chapter contains market guide to planar blade sharpening machines now available. In construction part of this thesis will be proposed three conceptual designs and the most applicable chosen. Then will be selected required components, the machine itself designed and also necessary calculations carried out. Drawing documentation of selected components will be attached.
Design of belt grinder
Denk, Daniel ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
Aim of this bachelor thesis is to produce a construction proposal of a belt grinder, which is, with respect to universality, adjustable in different axes. Grinding technology, belt grinder principle and description of the functionally important parts are presented in the first part. Second part is dedicated to the market research of existing belt grinders, evaluation of their construction design of an optimal belt grinder. Third part includes the necessary calculations, construction design analysis and economic evaluation of the optimal grinder and the project also contains its proposed 3D model created with Autodek Inventor Professional 2020 model nad drawing documentation.
Design of segment sheet bender
Romanov, Dmitrij ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a manual segment sheet metal bending machine. Part of the work is a theoretical analysis of the current state of science and technology in the field of material bending. The design solution of the segment bending machine is based on similar machines currently available on the market, which are analysed in this work. Then the possibilities of the construction of important parts of the bending machine are proposed, which are then evaluated for the selection of a suitable variant. The bending machine is designed for bending low-carbon steel sheets suitable for cold forming with dimensions up to 1550 x 2 mm.. The work contains calculations of the control parts of the machine, which are based on the selected material for bending. Afterwards a 3D model of the bending machine and drawing documentation of the assembly and its selected nodes are developed.
Design of small hobby CNC milling machine with fixed table
Hanzal, Jiří ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The topic of this work is the design of a small model CNC milling machine with a fixed table for machining wood, plastic, or light alloys (Al, Zn, etc.). It also includes a calculation report and drawing documentation of selected nodes. The beginning of this work consists of an introduction to the issue of milling machines, their distribution and subsequent market analysis. Subsequently, the input parameters are designed on the basis of market analysis and in the last part there is a calculation report, the design of the milling machine itself and a short economic evaluation.
Separation of dynamic and static structures in a videosequence
Serediuk, Vadym ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Rajmic, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is the description and implementation of methods for the separation of low-rank and sparse structures in image sequence, mainly focusing on methods based on convex optimization. The beginning of the work is devoted to the description of basic mathematical concepts and definitions used in the work. The next comes the description of general case of background-foreground separation in video, followed by a brief overview of existing approaches based on various mathematical models. Then, methods based on matrix decomposition are described in more detail, a convex minimization task for background separation is defined. This is followed by a practical part, where the used methods are first described and then implemented in MATLAB scripts. At the end, the analysis and comparison of the results (obtained both using own scripts and external library) is performed.
Design of belt grinder
Bartuněk, Jiří ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to design a general-purpose stationary belt sander. Current knowledge and a working principle of a belt sander is delineated in the introduction. Furthermore, all possible methods are shown, one of which is selected as the most convenient. That design is further compiled as a 3D model with a calculation report attached.
Automatic tool changer
Rydlo, Andrej ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Blecha, Radim (advisor)
Adressed topic of the thesis is automatic tool change in industrial machining. Core work is done on construction design of automatic tool changer. Designed manipulator grabs the tool by linear movement and is meant to be used with unspecified horizontal machining centre. Individual working cells include design of grippers, extending motion of the arm, rotary motion of the arm and linear motion of the whole manipulator. Essential part of the thesis are technical calculations and simulations.
