Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem ruční segmentové ohýbačky na plech. Součástí práce je teoretický rozbor současného stavu vědy a techniky v oblasti ohýbání materiálu. Konstrukční řešeni segmentové ohýbačky se odvíjí od obdobných strojů současně dostupných na trhu, které jsou v této práci rozebrány. Dále jsou navrženy možnosti realizace konstrukce důležitých části ohýbačky, které se následně vyhodnotí pro výběr vhodné varianty. Ohýbačka je navržena pro ohýbání nízkouhlíkových ocelových plechů vhodných ke tváření za studena o rozměrech do 1550 x 2 mm. Práce obsahuje výpočty ovládacích částí stroje, které vychází z voleného materiálu pro ohýbání. Dále je vypracován 3D model ohýbačky a výkresová dokumentace sestavy a jejích vybraných uzlů. The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a manual segment sheet metal bending machine. Part of the work is a theoretical analysis of the current state of science and technology in the field of material bending. The design solution of the segment bending machine is based on similar machines currently available on the market, which are analysed in this work. Then the possibilities of the construction of important parts of the bending machine are proposed, which are then evaluated for the selection of a suitable variant. The bending machine is designed for bending low-carbon steel sheets suitable for cold forming with dimensions up to 1550 x 2 mm.. The work contains calculations of the control parts of the machine, which are based on the selected material for bending. Afterwards a 3D model of the bending machine and drawing documentation of the assembly and its selected nodes are developed.
